STREET pilot Lizzy Musi has died after being diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, her father has confirmed.
The Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings star from Mooresville, North Carolina revealed her diagnosis last year, which caused her to step away from the show.
“Surrounded by her family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm this evening,” Musi’s father Pat said in a statement. declaration on Facebook.

“At this time, the family would like to have time to process, grieve and make arrangements in peace.

Tributes poured in for the 33-year-old pilot who was open about her diagnosis of stage 4 triple negative breast cancer, which is one of the most aggressive types of breast cancer.
The cancer had spread to his lymph nodes and liver, but Musi remained optimistic about his condition.
Last month, Musi shared that she had “great news” while receiving cancer treatment in Germany.
The driver did not give further details, but had already revealed that she was going to the Medias Klinikum treatment center in Burghausen, Germany.
“I’ve kind of tried everything here [in the U.S.]and I researched the doctor and treatment in Germany that can isolate my liver and treat it,” said Lizzy Drag illustrated last month.
“This hurts my heart,” one fan wrote beneath the post shared on Musi’s Facebook page.
“She was a huge inspiration to the girls. I loved watching her run.”

‘SOULMATE’
Earlier this year, Musi publicly praised her boyfriend Jeffrey Earnhardt, grandson of legendary NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, for his unwavering support during his battle with cancer.
“This guy here has supported me like no other, from the sleepless nights in the emergency room, taking care of my health and cheering me on at the races,” Musi he wrote On Instagram.
“Last weekend I got to watch him do his thing after a long off-season and he just killed it. @jearnhardt1 #grateful #oneofakind #howloveissupposetofeel”
The pair began dating in late 2023 following her split from pilot Kyle Kelley.

On Instagram, fans called Earnhardt their “soulmate” and thanked the driver for “loving her the way she deserved” until the end.
Condolences were given to Earnhardt, who has yet to publicly comment on his death.
In late April, Earnhardt shared an update on Musi’s return to racing after competing at Virginia Motorsport Park in his 1969 Camaro named Bonnie.
She and the team were “firing full steam ahead,” her partner said.
DISGUSTE
Musi’s death comes just two months after that of fellow Street Outlaws star Nathan Schaldach, known as Cali Nate.
Nate died after a car accident in southwest Texas on April 6.
Schaldach was running in Eagle Pass, which is about two hours west of San Antonio, when he crashed his car.
Despite being taken to hospital, the pilot died from his injuries.
His girlfriend, Courtney Paulshock, confirmed the news in a heartbreaking Facebook post, in which she said she was “broken” after losing “her person.”
Musi paid tribute to her co-star, who she called an “amazing guy.”
“It’s hard to understand this,” she he wrote On Instagram.
“We all know the risk of buckling up in these cars.
“I had the privilege of racing with Nate when we filmed the street shows in Las Vegas and Cali.
“A true street racer and an amazing guy! #Godspeed”
Speaking about the relationship between Nate and Paulshock, Musi asked fans to keep his heartbroken girlfriend in their prayers.
“Please keep my good friend @c_paulshockphotography in your thoughts and prayers!” she added.
“I know how much those two were in love and inseparable. It breaks my heart so much.”
