LIZZY Musi shared a personal video about her battle with breast cancer weeks before she died.
The Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings star was diagnosed with breast cancer last year.
Musi took to Instagram and shared a video about her journey with breast cancer.
The vulnerable footage shows the star losing her hair and collapsing after taking medication, as well as happier moments like being able to greet her fans and spend time with her loved ones.
“APRIL marks one year since I was diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative breast cancer.”
“I’m so grateful for what this journey has really taught me. Now I know I have a purpose in life.
“I am grateful to continue. GOD, my support to my family and friends and my experienced doctors @mdandersoncancercenter AND @dukecancerinstitute give me strength and I go!”
At the time, many of his fans shared support for the racing star in the comments.
“We love you Lizzy, stay strong,” one person wrote.
“Well I was teary eyed watching this then our video came on and I lost it, way to make me ugly cry,” another person commented.
“You are incredible. A huge fan,” a third person added.
‘IT HURTS MY HEART’
Musi rose to fame after scoring three Street Outlaws victories.
In 2023, she was diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative breast cancer – the most aggressive type of breast cancer, causing her to step away from the show.
The cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and liver, but the star remained hopeful about her condition.
Last month, she shared that she would seek treatment at the Medias Klinikum treatment center in Burghausen, Germany.
“I’ve kind of tried everything here [in the U.S.]and I researched the doctor and treatment in Germany that can isolate my liver and treat it,” said Lizzy Drag illustrated at the time.

Musi’s father, Pat, shared the news of his daughter’s death on Facebook on Thursday night.
“Surrounded by her family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm this evening. Thank you for all the prayers and support during her battle. At this time, the family would like to have time to process, grieve and take action in peace. We will provide an update as soon as we have information to share.”
However, on Thursday, her family confirmed that she died on June 26, surrounded by friends and family in Facebook.

Many fans shared an outpouring of sympathy following the news.
“This hurts my heart,” one fan wrote beneath Pat’s post, which was shared on Musi’s Facebook page.
“She was a huge inspiration to the girls. I loved watching her run.”
“One of the best female runners,” said another.
“Her positive and happy personality was a great inspiration to younger generations. I can’t believe this is true.
“Condolences to her family. Run high in the sky, Lizzy.”
