He was also cited for running a stop sign and failing to stay in the lane.

When his 2025 BMW UT was stopped, authorities smelled alcohol on the singer’s breath, noticing his glassy eyes and slow speech.

Justin reportedly told police he only had “one martini” at The American Hotel.

After his arrest, a source said Page six that the police officer who arrested Justin “was so young he didn’t know” who the singer was.

The source told the channel: “The police officer didn’t know who he was at first. Justin said quietly, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The police officer replied: ‘What ride?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour.'”

While speaking with the officer, Bryan continually asked him to remove his handcuffs, saying he would return to the car if they did.

When the officer refused, Bryan said, “This is why people don’t like cops.”

The officer took Bryan to the police station where he was released later that day.

Hours later, Bryan addressed the situation via X in a video.

“Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the better of me and I was out of line in the things I said,” he he wrote in the post.

He went on to say he supports the police and apologized before addressing his viral photo.

“They took me to prison and there’s a picture of me going around,” he said.

He spoke about the subject again in a separate post.

“To be clear in the video I posted, I’m not trying to save face or act like a good guy, I was a completely spoiled asshole to these cops and will spend the next few weeks trying my best to make amends. mistakes and take back what I said,” he wrote.

“I respect police officers and I made a big mistake. I’m embarrassed for myself, my family and the people I love, but all I can do now is sincerely apologize.”
