The 37-year-old previously admitted to having some cosmetic work done when she was younger, but it didn’t keep her Instagram followers praising her beauty.

Megan’s boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly posted photos to his social media account showing fans what the T.I. couple were wearing Michael RubinFourth of July White Party in the Hamptons, new York.
MGK and Megan have been dating since 2020.
The rapper and singer-songwriter shared a nine-photo carousel featuring various images of himself, his sexy actress girlfriend and other guests who attended the White Party.
The fourth image among those he posted shows him and his beautiful romantic partner combining white outfits.
While MGK wore a monochromatic white outfit with suspenders, Megan was busty in a little dress.
Her black hair fell around her shoulders in the image MGK shared of them ready for the exclusive event, adding contrast to emphasize her all-white look.
With the dress accentuating her tiny waist, Megan also wore a stacked choker-style necklace.
In a photo MGK posted showing him and his actress girlfriend with the party host, she showed off her matching silver bag.
His Instagram carousel post featuring him and Megan received nearly 500,000 likes and prompted many fans to praise the actress.
“Megan is so cute,” someone commented.
“If you don’t marry Megan, I will,” joked another.
A media interviewer with nearly 900,000 followers on Instagram also posted some photos of Megan from the recent White Party, giving more fans to share responses about her look.

NOT THE FACE!
They’re not the first person online to speak out about the actress looking unrecognizable to many.
Megan confessed to having fillers, Botox and rhinoplasty in her early 20s.
“No facelift in between,” she shared in an interview with the Call Her Daddy podcast.
“No lateral brow lift, although I wish I had.”
She even said that she didn’t get a “regular eyebrow lift” either.
“I’ve never done threads,” Megan explained at the time.
“I researched them, it’s not because of some moral issue.”
The actress expressed that she is skeptical about the effectiveness of the cosmetic procedure.
“I really don’t believe they work and I’m also afraid that they will interfere when I need to have a facelift,” she said.
“But I’m so tempted to have my eyebrows plucked out completely [back]. I want that look, sometimes it looks fun and you can do it at lunch and I see why it’s so tempting.”
Megan emphasized that she also would never and would “never have any fat removed.”
However, the star added that she spent more than $20,000 on three breast jobs, as well as a nose job and Botox.
“My breasts have been fake since I was 21 or 22,” she said.
“I did them between the first and second Transformers movies. But I did them conservatively. Because back then everyone did the work, but you had to do work that was undetectable,” Megan added.
“I was always that little girl who stood in the mirror thinking, ‘Where are my boobs?’ I always wanted big breasts.”
