On Saturday, Lily, 35, shared a video of herself inside a trailer while on the set of the horror film while getting her makeup done.
However, her makeup was quite horrible as she prepared for her role as Molly Bennett.
Tons of makeup artists worked to make the Hollywood actress look completely unrecognizable, including rotten flesh and blood.
In the next clip, Lily showed off the finished product with what appeared to be a huge burn mark on her sides, extending across her neck and chest.
‘I’M GOING TO COME OUT!’
Fans in the comments were surprised by her horror transformation.
One admitted: “At first I thought this was for Emily in Paris and I thought ‘What did they do to her on the show!?”
“Emily in Hell,” said another.
A third wrote: “Saw Maxxine last night.
