MATTHEW McConaughey sent fans into a frenzy by posting an alarming photo of his swollen face.
The actor revealed that he was stung by a bee.

Matthew, 54, posted a selfie on Instagram with the right side of his face visibly swollen.
His eye was swollen shut and his cheek was significantly swollen compared to the other side.
“swollen bee”, he wrote in the caption, alluding to the fact that he was stung.
Fans in the comments expressed their concern.
“Take care!” one commenter wrote.
“Damn, anyway! Take good care of yourself!” a third commenter wrote.

IN TROUBLE
This isn’t the first time Matthew has shocked fans with his online presence.
In May, the actor and his wife Camila Alves, 41, appeared pantsless while playing pickleball in an ad for the actor’s tequila brand, Pantalones.
In the ad, Mateus and Camila present a cocktail recipe to enjoy while playing the sport.
After walking fans through the steps, the Dazed and Confused star and Camila dropped their pants as they swung their rackets behind the court’s net.

The commercial supposedly featured a nod to National No Pants Day, which was May 3rd.
Matthew and his wife co-founded and launched the organic tequila brand in 2023.
When the brand launched, they posted a photo of them riding matching motorcycles without pants.
“The world doesn’t need another celebrity tequila, but tequila definitely needs a kick in the pants,” the brand announced.
“Pantalones is the best thing we’ve done with pants on.”
GOING STRONG
Camila and the Beach Bum actor met in 2006 at Joan’s club in California.
They quickly hit it off and Matthew invited Camila to have a drink with him and his friends at a table.
“We went on our first date three nights later and I knew the next night I wanted to go on another date,” Matthew previously revealed in an interview with People.
“I’ve wanted to go out with her for nine years and no one else,” he said at the time.
The couple got married in 2012 in Texas.
They have three children: Levi, 15, Vida, 14, and Livingston, 11.
