OPRAH Winfrey showed off her slim figure after attending a big conference recently.
Earlier this week, the TV icon was spotted looking happier than ever on a sunny day in Idaho.
On Wednesday, Oprah, 70, media correspondent Van Jones, 55, and her best friend Gayle King, 69, were photographed at the Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference.
The week-long conference brings together the biggest names in media, finance, technology and politics.
The former host of The Oprah Winfrey Show looked stunning in an all-white ensemble with a white and beige crossbody bag.
Oprah kept her conference badge on while wearing a long-sleeved shirt tucked into high-waisted cargo pants and sneakers.
The Oprah Daily founder wore silver sunglasses and had her gorgeous hair styled across her chest.
On her social media, Oprah showed off her toned shape after her impressive weight loss.
‘I FELT SAD. I felt hurt.
Last December, Oprah spoke to People about her weight loss journey.
“It was a public sport to make fun of me for 25 years,” she said.
“I was guilty and ashamed, and I blamed myself and I was ashamed.”
Oprah recalled a magazine that touched me: “I was on the cover of a magazine and it said, ‘Dumpy, Frumpy and Downright Lumpy.’
“I wasn’t angry. I was sad. I was hurt. I swallowed the shame. I accepted that it was my fault.”
In 2021, Oprah changed her ways after undergoing knee surgery.
“After [the surgery], I started walking and setting new distance goals each week. I could eventually walk three to five miles every day and a straight 10-mile walk on the weekends.
“I felt stronger, fitter and more alive than I had in years.”

TAKING CONTROL
The billionaire businesswoman revealed that she would stop eating after 4pm and drink a gallon of water a day, following Weight Watchers principles.
She then discussed weight loss medications: “I was aware of [weight-loss] medications, but I felt I needed to prove I had the willpower to do it. Now I don’t feel that way anymore.”
She changed her mind last July during a recorded conversation with weight loss professionals.
“The fact that there is an approved prescription to control weight and stay healthier, in my lifetime, feels like a relief, a redemption, a gift, and not something to hide away and be ridiculed about yet again.
“I’m absolutely fed up with shame from other people and especially myself.”
