SHANNEN Doherty is officially, posthumously, divorced from her ex Kurt Iswarienko, as the star receives the marital home and other assets.
In the final judgment filed and signed by a judge on Monday, Shannen and Kurt were “restored to single status,” while the actress is discussed in the past tense throughout the proceedings.
Attached to the sentence was the couple’s agreement.
Shannen received the couple’s marital home in Malibu, California, as well as several automobiles, including a 1979 Ford pickup truck, a 2007 Range Rover and a 2019 Range Rover, and a Salvador Dali painting.
The Charmed star also received royalties from Kurt’s photography business, including portions of licensing fees from the sale of photos and videos taken while they were married.
Shannen is also stopping Kurt from “exploiting” his image after his death.

The sentence said: “Any and all photographs of [Shannen] who are now in [Kurt’s] possession, regardless of when said photographs were created by [Kurt]will be removed from the Respondent’s website immediately.
“[Kurt] will supervise the removal of said photographs from the websites of any and all of its representatives, including its agents.
“[Kurt] it will be prohibited to exploit photographs of [Shannen]”, declared the sentence.
She also received 100% of several accounts, including her SAG pension plan.
For his part, Kurt had to buy out Shannen’s interest in some of his assets, including paying $100,000 for a Mooney M-20 plane and $10,000 for lighting, camera and digital equipment.
He was able to keep his 2022 Land Rover Defender and any other vehicles in his possession.
They also agreed to list several of their assets for sale and split the proceeds, including their Texas residence, which is currently owned by Kurt, who will coordinate the sale.
This home will be sold furnished, without the coffee table and sofa that Shannen’s estate will keep.
They also own an airport hangar, called The Camarillo Airport Hanger in the documents, which will also be sold and the profits will be split equally.
They also release and discharge each other from any claims for spousal support.
