MAMA June Shannon’s drug test results will be revealed in her fight for custody of her granddaughter, Kaitlyn, 11, following the death of her daughter Anna Cardwell.
In a new filing, revealed exclusively by The US Sun, June’s lawyer has subpoenaed the reality TV star’s occupational medicine doctor to appear during what will be the final hearing in her case against Anna’s ex Michael Cardwell.
The lawsuit says, “You are hereby subpoenaed: January 1, 2023 drug test results to present to your patient June Shannon.”
In another filing, June’s attorney also requested that Eldridge Toney appear at the hearing.
In other lawsuits, Michael’s alleged employer was required to attend the hearing, as was Kaitlyn’s director.
For his part, Michael’s lawyer has so far subpoenaed three people, presumably to speak on his behalf.
In another recent filing, June’s attorney requested what is called an “in-camera review” from the Department of Children and Family Services.
June claimed that Michael abused Kaitlyn while living under the same roof.
“Upon information and belief, the Wilkinson County Department of Family and Children’s Services has filed suit concerning Plaintiff, Defendant and/or their minor child, namely: Kaitlyn Shannon, born in 2012, involving records relating to child abuse and/or neglect,” the court documents said.
