BIANCA Censori’s recent near-topless outing may have left viewers stunned, but she is unlikely to be arrested for flashing flesh due to a ‘legal caveat’, The US Sun can reveal.
Kanye West’s wife is known for flouting lewdness rules when she’s out and about, and she drew attention again this week in Los Angeles.

Earlier this week. she was photographed leaving a tanning salon in West Hollywood with her breasts exposed in a completely see-through top and tan underwear.
She paired her barely there look with a baseball cap and heels as she was seen staggering to her car and climbing into the driver’s seat.
Reports have circulated that she risks being banned from restaurants and venues in Los Angeles, and could even be arrested for her wardrobe choices.
But attorney Neama Rahmani, president and co-founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told The US Sun: “Under California law, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in prison.

“If there is a previous conviction, it can be prosecuted as a crime. Both misdemeanor and felony convictions require the individual to register as a sex offender for ten years.
“But in California, exposing your breasts is generally not indecent exposure.
“This is to protect women who are breastfeeding or exposing their breasts for non-sexual reasons.
“The same applies to the display of underwear, as Censori has been doing. Exposure of the genitals or anus is different and is punishable.”

The lawyer continued: “Given these protections, it is unlikely that Censori will be arrested or prosecuted.
“Of course, there are non-legal ramifications of Censori’s conduct.
“Her clothes or lack thereof received a lot of attention, mostly negative. Of course, Censori may be doing this entirely for attention.”
On Wednesday, photos were published showing her wearing yet another revealing outfit as she left the famous Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, showing off her butt in a beige thong and exposing her nipples in a white top.
While there is a business casual dress code for the hotel restaurant, there are no strict rules for hotel guests, according to the survey.
It was previously revealed that Kanye and Bianca often stay at the hotel for periods of time, despite renting a condominium just minutes away.
The US Sun reached out to the Chateau for comment but did not hear back.
California law states that a woman walking topless in public areas like a beach or park may not technically be illegal under state law (unless the act is considered obscene or offensive), but local city or county laws county may impose restrictions.
“California cities and counties could potentially impose additional restrictions on toplessness, but these laws could be challenged as gender-based restrictions on a woman’s right to breastfeed or because they restrict conduct that is not necessarily obscene or offensive,” Neama added.

Former friends spoke anonymously in October 2023, telling the Daily Mail Bianca “no longer has a mind of her own” and simply “obeys” Kanye because he has convinced her that they have “royal” status.
They added: “Kanye has a set of rules for Bianca, which includes never talking and wearing what he wants her to wear.
“She is also required to eat certain foods and exercise, even if Kanye doesn’t exercise.
“She no longer has a mind of her own and obeys him because he has convinced her that they are royalty.”
