She gave fans a glimpse of the “rainy” opening ceremony on Instagram, while Chrissy shared photos of the “absolutely epic experience” on Saturday.

For the occasion, the Sports Illustrated model chose a long-sleeve knitted cardigan in olive green, paired with matching micro shorts from Chloé’s Fall 2024 women’s collection.

The ensemble drew criticism from some Instagram users, who questioned Chrissy’s decision to wear “underwear to the opening ceremony.”

“Why is she only wearing panties?” one person commented.

On Friday, celebrities, politicians and dignitaries arrived in the French capital for the opening ceremony of the Olympics, with special performances by Lady Gaga and Celine Dion.

While Lady Gaga kicked off the show with a stunning rendition of Zizi Jeanmaire’s “Mon truc en plumes,” Dion closed the ceremony at the Eiffel Tower after lighting the torch.

The 56-year-old singer looked emotional as she returned to the stage for the first time since revealing she had been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome in 2022.

Dressed in a sparkling white gown, Dion left fans speechless as she sang Edith Piaf’s L’Hymne à l’amour during the ceremony on Friday night.

“Celine looked amazing! I’m so proud to see you up there,” said one.

A second said: “This is so legendary.”

“What a performance by our queen Celine. She worked so hard to be able to sing again,” said a third.
