Lala Kent stepped out with her mom and brother on Wednesday for a relaxing spa day in Los Angeles.
The reality TV personality wore a tight blue leotard with white athletic sneakers.
She paired her outfit with a pair of black sunglasses and gold earrings.
Lala is pregnant with her second child through a sperm donor.
She revealed the news in March in an Instagram post.
The 33-year-old is also mother to Ocean, who she shares with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.
A month after announcing her pregnancy, Lala took to Amazon Live to reveal the sex of her child.
After answering questions from fans, Lala popped a balloon filled with pink confetti, revealing that it was a girl.
“I’m so excited,” Lala shared as she revealed she knew the gender before the announcement.
Lala also revealed that she hopes to give birth in early September.
In another Amazon Live in March, Lala revealed that she would be raising her second child with her mother.
“I will be raising this new baby with my mom,” she said.
“My mom is a tremendous help and helps co-parent. But I have a group around me.
“I say we’re like a pod of orcas. No one ever leaves the pod. We just keep getting bigger.”

Lala opened up about a terrifying health scare in a recent episode of her Give them Lala podcast.
The Vanderpump Rules star revealed she experienced the event during her baby shower last month.
“My arms and legs went numb and I couldn’t breathe, and [it] It took everything in me not to pass out and just go to my bed,” said Lala.

“I was trying to scream for my mom, but again, I was really struggling and really, really worried.
“I don’t know what happened. I heard she might be sitting strangely, but I felt enormous guilt because I’ve been complaining a lot about my situation. [body] hurting and just wanting to get it done.”
She called the doctor; however, after moving her body to a different position, Lala began to feel better.
“And suddenly I could breathe. [The baby] it was definitely active. I said [to the doctor]’She didn’t stop moving.’
“And he said, ‘Oh, okay, I’m less worried now.'”
The doctor recommended that she stand when Lala revealed, “I think I’m overreacting since [the] second quarter.”
