DRAMATIC photos of Kesha covered in blood during her Lollapalooza show have sparked concern after the singer revealed what happened behind the scenes.
Kesha joined artists like Chappell Roan, Benson Boone and Lizzy McAlpine on Thursday to kick off the first day of the Chicago music festival.

At one point during her performance, Kesha appeared to be covered in fake blood while holding what viewers mistakenly assumed was a knife.
Kesha later admitted it was a “real butcher knife stolen from the kitchen” to replace an accessory that “disappeared” before she took the stage.
Singer Cannibal wrote in X“then apparently the knife went missing and they replaced it with a real butcher knife stolen from the kitchen.”
“And I didn’t know. until now. so watch it again….” she continued.
Outraged fans demanded an “inquiry” in the comments section, with one person writing: “It’s time to fire someone from your team.”
Another comment said: “This is so unprofessional.”
“What if you had decided to improvise???” a user X wrote. “An investigation must be done with your team and someone must be held accountable, this is sooooo bad.”
A third person commented: “Hmm, not the appropriate way to deal with a lost knife. [in my opinion].”
Kesha brandished the knife during a rendition of her 2010 hit Backstabber.
Fans are convinced that Kesha “shaded” Katy Perry when she performed the song, which features the lyrics “Katie’s to the left, rippin’ my style.”
As Kesha sang the first half of the line, she stopped halfway through and reportedly gave the cameras a look of disgust.
Earlier this year, Kesha responded savagely to the news that Katy, 39, was working with controversial music producer Dr Luke – whom she accused of emotional abuse and sexual assault in 2014.
Luke denied the allegations and counter-sued Kesha, with the pair settling their claims last year.
After Katy announced the release of her new single Woman’s World — which listed Dr. Luke as a collaborator — Kesha issued a single-word X response that read “lol.”
She opted to wear a white tank top with the same message for her Lollapalooza set on August 1st.
Kesha stormed the Grant Park stage on Thursday, 15 years after her first Lollapalooza performance, and delivered an uninhibited, energetic and delightfully country hour-long performance.
She reflected on her debut on Thursday, telling the audience: “It was the first time more than five people came to see me play.
“I remember being so scared of being judged,” Kesha continued.
“But now, here as the woman I am now, I can see that all this hate has turned me into a powerful motherfucker.”
Fans were thrilled when Kesha changed the opening line of her 2010 smash hit TiK ToK to “Wake up in the morning screaming, f*** P-Diddy” as the words appeared on a screen behind her.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of sex trafficking, sexual abuse and rape.
The music producer vehemently denied the accusations, promising to “fight for my name, my family and the truth” in a statement released last December.
