ANGELINA Jolie and Brad Pitt’s son Pax has been discharged from intensive care after suffering a head injury in an electric bike accident, according to reports.
A source said People magazine the 20-year-old “suffered complex trauma” in a terrible accident which took place in Los Angeles last month.
“Pax was discharged from the ICU. He suffered a complex trauma and now begins the long road of recovery and physical therapy,” said the source.
The accident occurred on July 29, TMZ reported.
Pax was allegedly riding his electric bike in Los Angeles when he rear-ended a car, according to law enforcement sources.
Parademics rushed Pax, who was not wearing a helmet, to the hospital after he reportedly complained of a headache.
The source told People that both Pax and Angelina, 49, are “deeply grateful for the quick and life-saving action of the first responders and the excellent medical care he received.”
They added that Pax’s brothers “have been visiting and helping” during his hospital stay, adding, “They are all very close.”
Angelina shares five other children with ex-husband Brad, 60, including Maddox, 22, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 16-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Pax was adopted by Angelina Jolie during a visit to Vietnam in 2007.
The Fight Club actor formally adopted Pax in 2008.
After Angelina filed for divorce from Brad in 2016, she took full custody of their six children.
However, Brad was awarded joint custody in May 2021 until Angelina successfully overturned the judge’s decision in their messy custody battle three months later.
Court documents showed that the presiding judge did not disclose his business relationships with Brad’s lawyers, resulting in an “ethical violation” during the proceedings.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Angelina and Brad’s daughter Vivienne had removed her father’s surname from her Playbill for The Outsiders on Broadway.
On her 18th birthday in May, Shiloh filed court documents to legally remove Brad’s last name from her last name, as it was reported that Brad was “devastated by her decision.”
