WHOOPI Goldberg is “furious” about her new bathroom-less The View dressing room and “refuses” to use it, a source exclusively tells The US Sun.

The daytime talk show veteran, who was at the helm of the show for an impressive 17 years, was reportedly irritated by the dressing room ABC gave her at The View’s new studio in downtown New York.

“It’s so small and she doesn’t have her own bathroom,” the source joked.

A second source explained that the longtime host is used to her luxurious accommodations in the former studio uptown.

“Whoopi had the biggest dressing room with a private bathroom including a shower and full bathroom,” the source added.

The source said that other than the veteran host, only Joy Behar had her own bathroom, but despite that, Whoopi’s was the largest of the dressing rooms.

“She had a big desk in her room, so she would hold morning meetings and all the women would have to go to Whoopi’s in the morning,” the second source added.

The first source said that despite complaints about the move, the 68-year-old daytime host is not willing to leave her dressing room fate to her ABC overlords.

“She is moving her production office, which is currently located near the ABC studios downtown, to right next to the new ABC studios downtown.

“Whoopi is determined to use her own dressing room in her production studios rather than using ABC’s crummy accommodations,” the first source joked.

Meanwhile, both sources said The View’s studio move downtown is in full swing.

“They are in the process of moving now, the last day on set was four days ago,” added the second.

The View’s schedule change keeps the show on the air as fans ‘miss’ the hosts and ask ‘what are we going to do every day?’

The US Sun reached out to representatives from Whoopi and The View.

The star has faced rumors that she is about to retire, although her major measures to ensure her dresser is within reach suggest otherwise.

The presenter previously addressed retirement rumors in an exclusive interview with The US Sun in October last year.

“I didn’t do anything other than retire. I’ve been retired my whole career, so I kind of like it,” Whoopi joked.

The preview hosts

The View is an American talk show that airs on ABC from 11 am to 12 pm EST, Monday through Friday. It features a diverse group of women discussing the day’s “Hot Topics,” ranging from hard-hitting news to celebrity gossip. The six co-hosts include:

The View star only works four days a week and has Fridays off as part of her deal with ABC, which is when Ana Navarro joins the show in addition to her Monday slot.

“I have a contract. As long as I’m fulfilling the contract, no one will be mad.

“But I’ve been off on Fridays for years because when we normally did this, I would go to work and do shows or whatever because I could travel on Friday,” Whoopi continued.

OTHER THINGS IN THE WORKS

In addition to The View, Whoopi is known for her film roles and appearances on several drama shows.

Having her production company close to The View studio makes sense, as the host maintains a busy work schedule outside of her hosting duties.

In March, Whoopi released her new film, Outlaw Posse.

She also appears to have several projects in the works, according to her IMDB.

She has an animated musical film called Fairy Tale Forest, another animated film titled Pierre the Pigeon-Hawk, and the long-awaited sequel Sister Act 3 all in the works.

Whoopi is determined to use her own dressing room in her production studios rather than using ABC’s crummy accommodations.

The star also released her memoir, Bits and Pieces: My Mother, My Brother, and Me, on May 7.

The semi-autobiographical volume chronicled the Hollywood star’s life, career and family.

“This book is dedicated to my mother and brother and the time we spent together as a fun little unit. It’s dedicated to anyone who has found themselves on a scary path they didn’t choose or who hasn’t dealt with loss,” she said. People.

“This book is dedicated to everyone who is just trying to figure out the little things, as well as the ones where you need to be more than you thought you could be, and it is dedicated to love.”
