TODAY host Willie Geist’s wife has apologized to fans after keeping the TV host off the air for three weeks.
His longtime partner also revealed when viewers will be able to see him again on Morning Joe and Sunday Today.
Willie’s wife, Christina, shared an Instagram post updating Today and Morning Joe fans on the host’s whereabouts over the weekend.
The brand strategist said that Willie is covering the Olympics and she flew to Paris to spend time with him.
“I don’t share every movement of my daily life here,” she began publish.
“But today I’m going to take a second to capture this light of my life. I flew to Paris for the last 3 days of his 3 weeks of work on the Olympics.

“When you’ve known someone since the 6th grade, these milestone journeys are like pins marking the map of our timeline.”
Christina went on to recognize his past achievements and honor him for the work he’s done recently.
“I compare life now to the 4 weeks he spent in London 12 years ago or in Vancouver 14 years ago,” she continued.
“He’s still happily working on the career he planned when we were 22. What an achievement…”
“He was surrounded by a dynamic team of good, trustworthy people who are also absolute professionals… encompassing superhuman athletes who are inspiring the world. What a team.”
She went on to say that her brief trip to the 2024 Olympics was “unforgettable.”
“Merci Beaucoup, Paris, for my days of unforgettable Olympic moments,” she said.
Christina let fans know where and when they can see Willie again on daytime TV.
“WG will see you all back on Morning Joe Teres and Sunday Today next week.
“He’s all yours again, viewers,” concluded Christina.

In February this year, Willie made a six-minute guest appearance on the hit show Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Willie showed up on a mission to interview Larry Davis.
He documented the moment on Instagram publish sharing a preview.
“I know. I can’t believe it either,” Willie wrote. “Let’s watch together tonight to see if this really happened.”
After the episode premiered, fans were excited to share their thoughts on her acting skills.
“You were great!!!” wrote one viewer.
“That was hysterical!” exclaimed another fan.
Willie’s stint on Curb Your Enthusiasm isn’t his first acting job.
He also played himself in the film The Campaign and voiced Din in Kung Fu Panda 3.
