ACTOR Eric Dane looked completely different, sporting a bleached cut.
Eric, 51, appeared on Live with Kelly and Mark on Monday to promote his new film, Bad Boys: Ride or Die.

When the Grey’s Anatomy alum emerged from backstage, her signature blonde locks were nowhere to be found.
He usually has wavy, dirty blonde hair and full facial hair, giving him the nickname “McSteamy” on the medical drama.
Eric, 51, instead sported a bleached blonde cut, as well as a matching bleached stubble and light mustache.
The new look is for his role in the upcoming Bad Boys film.

The hosts – Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos – stood up and looked at Eric as he walked onto the stage before hugging him.
However, they didn’t say anything about their appearance when they sat down and started the interview.
Kelly, 53, however, whispered a “wow” as she hugged the actor.
DRIVE OR DIE
Bad Boys is a crime film franchise starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
They play two detectives – Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett – at the Miami Police Department.
This is the first Bad Boys film that Eric stars in.
He plays the villain, who is also a banker in Bad Boys: Ride or Die.
The fourth film in the franchise hits theaters on June 7th.
The film also stars Vanessa Hudgens, Paola Nunez, Jacob Scipio and more.
CHRISTMAS GRAY
In 2014, Eric appeared on the red carpet for the film The Last Ship.
He also had gray hair and told a reporter for USA today that this is your natural hair color.
“My hair is naturally gray,” Eric said.
“That only happened because of my age.”
NEW LOOK PREMIERE
Eric debuted his new look on the Bad Boys: Ride or Die red carpet on Thursday, May 30.
He made a rare appearance with his two daughters – Billie, 14, and Georgia, 12 – in Los Angeles, California.
They walked the blue carpet of the TCL Chinese Theatre.
Eric wore a navy blue shirt under a black button-down shirt.
He added black pants and dress shoes to the look.
