The 5,800-square-foot estate in suburban Nicolle is a beautiful white colonial farmhouse situated on a green, wooded pasture in Roxbury, Connecticut.

Listed at $2.2 million, the five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home features a private lake, a beautiful wraparound porch with white columns, and a large porch overlooking the porch.

The two-story mansion also features a stone patio for entertaining and a gourmet kitchen.

The spacious breakfast nook borders the barn—which features a three-door garage—through a floor-to-ceiling window.

With enough land to house several horses, Nicolle and her family also listed the adjacent property for an additional $300,000.

The interior of the single-family house is decorated with antique details.

The kitchen is designed with gorgeous white cabinets, silver appliances, and a double island with a second sink for added convenience.

Nicolle’s backyard overlooks the family’s private lake, a wooded area with perfectly manicured grass and beautiful flower seating.

The property features a pool and hot tub, with a white, resort-style pergola and striped furniture.

The palatial home includes a spiral staircase at the entry and a large chandelier that opens into a living room to the right of the foyer.

NEW MOM AGAIN

Nicolle has a 12-year-old son, Liam Wallace, with her ex-husband Mark Wallace.

She welcomed her second child, a daughter named Isabella “Izzy” Sloane, with her current husband Michael S. Schmidt, whom she married in 2022.

In addition to her notable Connecticut country estate, The US Sun exclusively revealed that the TV personality also owns a four-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom apartment in Manhattan.

New York City’s elite apartment is situated at the top of a beautiful building, within walking distance of the MSNBC studios.

The 2,500-square-foot residence occupies half a floor, overlooking Central Park with large windows, high ceilings, and hardwood floors.

The apartment features an open kitchen and formal dining room adjacent to a spacious living room.

Nicolle’s luxurious red brick building in the heart of the city has a 24-hour doorman and just two apartments per floor.

The TV anchor recently restarted her journey as a first-time mother while juggling her hosting duties at MSNBC.

Wallace welcomed her daughter in November 2023 and was absent from the network for a few months while on maternity leave.

Shortly after Isabella’s arrival, the excited mom shared a sweet photo of her newborn sleeping peacefully.

The little one was swaddled in a pink blanket covered in hearts and a matching hat.

BACK IN ACTION

Nicole returned to her role on Deadline: White House in late February, telling viewers at the start of the show, “Well, hello everyone, it’s 4 o’clock in New York. I miss saying this.

“It’s really, really, really good to be back with you. I missed everyone.”

The political analyst’s return to work also marked the beginning of her new series, American Autocracy.

Wallace previously explained that the new program covers the potential for the American government to resort to autocracy if the wrong person comes to power.
