A CSI: Vegas star has spoken out about the crime drama’s cancellation.
Lex Medlin teased fans about what he’ll do now that he has more free time after waiting weeks for new episodes.
On Friday, Lex, 55, shared a photo on Instagram dressed as his character and sitting alongside his co-stars.
They sat on a bench outside a building with their police vests on.
“CSI Vegas has not been picked up for Season 4 by CBS,” he captioned it. publish.
“I’m going to miss this cast and crew so much. Most of all, I’m going to miss Beau. He was so fun to play.”

Lex played Thomas “Beau” Finado, a crime scene investigator at the Las Vegas crime lab, on CSI: Vegas in seasons 2 and 3.
CBS broke the news on the same day the drama was canceled after three seasons.
CSI: Vegas is a reboot of the 2000 series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and the fifth in the CSI franchise.
The spinoff series was already on hiatus for several weeks when the announcement was made.
Lex starred alongside Paula Newsome, Matt Lauria, Mandheep Dhillon, Marg Helgenberger, Jay Lee and Ariana Guerra.
CSI: Vegas, which averaged 6.4 million viewers per episode, was canceled on Friday.
