The FBI franchise has undergone a crazy schedule change.

None of the CBS shows in the universe aired new episodes on the normally scheduled night.

FBI, FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted were reruns on Tuesday night.

The three programs aired their new seasons on February 13th.

They will all have shortened seasons due to the writers’ and actors’ strikes that have affected most scripted shows.

The FBI shows will return with new episodes on May 7 for episode 11.

CBS had previously announced that the dramas would air their finale on May 21.

With each series having 13 episodes in the season, the reason for not airing on April 30th was simply because the season needs to take longer to reach its end date.

There will be new episodes for all three shows until May 21st.

Even though the time change was already decided, fans were furious because they didn’t receive a warning before turning on the TV and watching a rerun.

‘I’M ANGRY’

FBI fans posted on X, formerly Twitter, when they remembered there were no new episodes last night.

“Woke up and was happy because it’s Tuesday and remembered we have no new episodes tonight #FBIFam,” one fan tweeted.

To this, another responded: “I’m mad.”

“Wait what? asked a fan.

“No FBI tonight,” tweeted user X, along with a gif of Adam Sandler giving a thumbs down.

SUGGESTED HIATUS

In addition to the big schedule change, FBI fans think they’re in for a big cast change.

Missy Peregrym has starred in the crime drama since 2018 as Special Agent Maggie Bell.

She took a brief hiatus in season 4 when she went on maternity leave.

After one episode of Season 6, fans are wondering if she’s leaving the franchise again.

Speculation has begun that Missy Peregrym may be leaving the FBI cast based on what happened in episode 10, called Family Affair.

As TV line reported, the April 23 episode hinted that the actress could be planning another exit.

However, in an early April interview with CinemaBlendMissy discussed the show and did not indicate that she or her character would be leaving.

During episode 10, the special agent was shot in the chest, but her Kevlar vest saved her life.

All new episodes will air on May 7th, for the final three episodes of the seasons of all three shows
