CHICAGO Fire fans fear a major character will be written out of the show.
In a promo for next week’s episode, Kelly Severide appears to be in trouble in the drama.
“Chicago Fire takes stunts to the next level,” they captioned on Instagram publish.
In the first scene, a stuntman jumped onto a ladder as a car fell through the window.
Then the next, another person jumped into a car and fell out of it after it was pulled through a wall.
The first scene was then shown from a different angle as rain fell.

At the end of the video, Miranda Rae Mayo sat on a ladder in her firefighter uniform and swung her arm in a circle.
“Full stunts = celebration dance,” the video was captioned as Miranda completed her day of stunts.
After the death-defying stunts were shown, a promo for next week’s episode was shown and fans feared for Severide’s life.
THE TRUCK IS MISSING
In the promo, Miranda, who plays Lt. Stella Kidd, is heard saying that her fire truck has been stolen and that Kaling is missing.
“If anyone can handle this, it’s Severide,” she said.
Severide, played by Taylor Kinney, is seen riding in the back of a fire truck, hiding.
He then leaves the truck and enters a building, where he hides from the men who allegedly stole the fire department truck.
Severide is then seen helping a person who is injured as the two men in the building approach him with guns.
In the end, he stands before a field that is in ashes and still on fire.
The promo says the next episode of Chicago Fire will be the “ride of a lifetime.”
CONCERNED ABOUT SEVERIDE
After seeing both videos, fans feared for Severide’s life.
“SEVERIDE STAY WITH ME? #chicagofire,” wrote user X, formerly of Twitter, alongside the trailer.
“WHAT?!?! Oh my god this is so intense,” one fan responded.
“Please, please don’t take Severide away from us. I didn’t like next week’s promo. But tonight’s episode was amazing,” one fan tweeted.
On the Instagram video of the stunts, one fan commented: “Did you see next week’s promo???? I hope Taylor doesn’t die.”
To this, someone responded and assured him that he would be fine.
“Severide has a plot with violet in the episode 12 description,” they said.
