In December 2022, the program returned with 19 episodes.

FAN REACTION
On X, formerly Twitter, fans were sad to hear the news of the cancellation.
“You’ve got to be kidding me,” wrote one.
A second said: “Damn!”
“It is a shame. This show was smart and funny,” someone tweeted.
“Fox seemed obligated and determined to keep it separate and excluded from its other animated programs. I mean, on Monday nights in the middle of summer?
“What did they think would happen with this? If they had kept the program at 8:30 on Sunday, it would have been a success.”
FANS BEG FOR MORE
Before news of the cancellation came out, fans were hoping for another season.
Last week, the official Housebroken Instagram encouraged fans to watch the entire series on Hulu.
One said: “This irritates me. Why are you promoting a show that you refuse to air new episodes of?!
“[Fox] don’t do what you normally do when people love a show and cancel it. In fact, listen to the viewers and add a new season before the entire cast moves on with their lives and that’s no longer possible.
“How come you never learn???”
“I am waiting!” a third exclaimed.
