On Monday, Soap opera summary informed which characters will not appear in the episodes from June 10th to 14th.

For one, Days star Konstantin Meleonis, who plays John Kapelos, will not appear after his character was shot and killed by Xander (Paul Telfer) in early April.

He joined the cast last spring, when his character encountered Hope and Harris in Greece, and became a staple of the series.

General Hospital’s Devon Ogden (Barb) will also not be in any scenes this week, ending his short run on the drama.

Barb hooked up with Finn (Michael Easton) during last week’s episodes.

On Monday, Devon got emotional on Instagram publish about how blessed she was to be a part of the GH cast.

“Being cast in #GeneralHospital was a long-time dream come true, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to all the new friends I’ve made who have reached out to me with incredible kindness!” she wrote, alongside a news story announcing her casting as Barb on the show.

Fans congratulated Devon on landing the role in the comments and said they hoped to see more of her in the future.

The Young and the Restless star Christopher Cousins (Martin Laurent) will also not be seen on camera this week, after his evil twin saved his good twin’s life the week before.

Christopher plays both roles after making his Y&R debut on April 30.

Arguably his most notable role was when he played Cain Rogan in 41 episodes of the soap opera One Life to Live.

There were also a few actors who took a break from filming but will be back on screen this week, including Days stars Sal Stowers and Lamon Archey.

On-screen couple Lani Price Grant and Eli Grant have a week off, but will return the following week to help characters Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina (Jackee Harry) move.
