Tyler Perry’s reign is alive and well as the billionaire filmmaker has signed a multi-year deal with BET.

Perry partnered with BET in 2019 to create content for the network and its streaming service.

He has now signed a new multi-year deal with BET that includes the renewal of eight shows including Sistas, The Oval, Assisted Living, House of Payne, Zatima, Ruthless, Bruh and All The Queen’s Men.

The deal also includes a new scripted series called Route 187, which is reportedly a crime drama.

Perry has also ventured into the streaming space, having recently expanded a deal with Netflix, including the drama series Beauty in Black.
