PRESS Your Luck, the revived game show, recently saw a contestant miss out on a big win while taking a risk during the show’s final moments.
Player Timothy faced David and Dr. Ashley on Thursday’s Press Your Luck, where he went into the bonus round with an impressive winning streak.

Despite hitting some Whammies, which destroyed his bank, Timothy had a massive redemption near the end of the show.
He won a vow renewal trip to a coastal resort in Chile for himself and his wife, Angélica, who sat in the crowd seeking support.
The couple also won a two-week honeymoon trip to Europe, worth more than US$199,000.
When host Elizabeth Banks, 50, asked Timothy if he wanted to enter the Big Bucks Bonanza round to “seize his luck”, Timothy surprisingly said yes.

“You’re not kidding! You’re going to try hard, Timmy!” Elizabeth told the player.
“Go hard or go home. That’s the only way to do it,” he replied.
In the audience, however, his wife was not too happy about the idea of him losing his winnings.
With a total of $244,546 in his bank, which included several trips, Timothy hit a Whammy for his first round.
Although Timothy and his wife were devastated, he still left the game show with a total winning of $50,000 after being successful in his next few rounds.
WRONG MOVE, MAN
Although Timothy walked away with a few bucks in his pocket, fans were perplexed by his decision to risk his winnings — especially the “Lovemania” package.
‘The brother had almost a quarter of a million dollars, renewal of vows and a trip to Europe and decided to push his luck and then got hit.
“I wanted him to go away so badly as soon as he hit Lovemania [heart] Still feeling some pain after that terrible Whammy hit,” a second sympathized.
“His wife seemed upset because he didn’t leave,” noted a third.
“This piece of trash didn’t even hesitate to throw away that vow/honeymoon combo.

FRUSTRATING MOMENT
On Thursday’s episode, Timothy’s dreaded Whammy wasn’t the only heart-stopping moment.
At the beginning of the broadcast, contestant David was the first to be kicked out of the game, as he chose to “press his luck” with three Whammies.
He hit another, giving him four in total – automatically eliminating him from the game.
After seeing Whammy highlighted on the Big Board, David addressed his fellow players.
“Good luck guys, good luck guys, I’m out,” he said.
Elizabeth also reacted strongly to the moment, shouting, “Oh!” and clapping his hands on the host’s podium.
“David’s game is up tonight. This is heartbreaking,” Elizabeth added.
With Elizabeth as host, the revived game show premiered its 6th season on July 18th.
