A WHEEL of Fortune contestant revealed that Pat Sajak and Vanna White crashed her honeymoon and her husband almost collided with Vanna.

The hilarious and sweet moment comes as the pair’s long time together is ending and Pat, 77, retires on June 7, 2024.

Pat kicked things off Tuesday night by interviewing the mother of two and asked, “Now Vanna and I were on her honeymoon?”

The broadcast cut to Vanna, 66, who raised her arms and appeared caught off guard, unsure of what was coming.

The contestant explained that their honeymoon coincidentally took place when the iconic duo was filming a commercial.

She said, “So when my husband and I went on our honeymoon, you guys were filming promos there.

“So we saw you film at the pool, at the beach and even one night we were having dinner.

“I excused myself and left the table, and when I came back, my husband said to me, ‘I almost ran into Vanna. And I had no idea.

Pat responded, laughing, “Well there you have it, I’m glad we could be part of your honeymoon and I’m sorry I hit a wall the way I did.”

Laura went into the bonus round with the highest score of $38,030, a trip to the Caribbean, and was accompanied by her husband, whom Pat called “my old friend.”

Laura couldn’t solve the difficult “Whirwild Year” puzzle, but Pat admitted that the $40,000 bonus prize she lost was almost equal to the one she won.

PAT’S PACKED FILMING

Meanwhile, Pat not only marked his final day as host, but also recorded his farewell episode, which The US Sun can exclusively reveal.

He will say goodbye to the masses in the season 41 finale on Friday, June 7, 2024.

But a rep for Wheel of Fortune exclusively confirmed to The US Sun that Pat filmed her final six-episode series on April 5, 2024.

This includes its final episode, aptly titled “Thanks For The Memories,” and it’s already filmed, the show is shared exclusively.

This means that Pat is done hosting the show and the episodes fans are seeing come after he is already retired.

The episode will be a TV milestone, as the presenter has been handing out puzzles and prizes alongside Vanna White, 66, since 1981 and 1982, respectively.

The show hasn’t said whether Pat’s farewell episode will be a total tribute to memories from all the years or simply a normal game ending with him saying goodbye.

Tickets for Pat’s penultimate five episodes opened to the public at the last minute, while her farewell episode was not open to the public and was invite-only.

Pat announced in spring 2023 that she would be leaving the iconic game show and that the 41st season would be her last.

Shortly after, Ryan Seacrest announced on Instagram that he would be replacing Pat as the new host in the fall of 2024.

Vanna will join Ryan for at least the first two seasons as host under her new contract.

The show airs weekdays at 7:30 pm ET on ABC, so fans can catch his farewell on June 7 at that time.
