JEOPARDY fans were left in awe after watching the most recent episode of the competitive game show.
On Friday, the second edition of Jeopardy! The Masters continued with the quarterfinals.
This year’s contestants are Victoria Groce, Yogesh Raut, James Holzhauer, Amy Schneider, Mattea Roach and Matt Amodio.
Last year, James was the first winner of Jeopardy Masters, but newcomers Victoria and Yogesh are giving him a run for his money.
At the end of Friday’s match, Yogesh won the round after finishing with 36,001.
Victoria came second with 24,000 and James came last with 14,732.
The competition will continue on Monday at 8pm EST with Ken Jennings as host.
‘WHAT A GAME!’
As viewers of the game show in the US continue to watch, they recently shared their thoughts on Friday’s game on a Jeopardy-themed Reddit forum.
One wrote: “What a game. Incredible.
“These three are head and shoulders above the other three.”
A second admitted: “[As] As much as I love Matt, Amy and Mattea… these three are on another level.”
“One of the best Jeopardy games I’ve ever seen,” exclaimed a third.
A fourth theorized: “Sheesh. Assuming Victoria, Yogesh and James make it to the finals…the finals will be epic.”
“James doesn’t look happy,” pointed out a fifth after seeing his reaction to losing the match.
Another viewer revealed that they were “on the edge of their seats” throughout the game.

Victoria is in first place with 10 match points, three wins and 94 correct answers.
Secondly, Yogesh also has 10 points and three wins, but has fewer correct answers at 88.
In third place, James has five match points, one victory and 84 correct answers.
Amy is in fourth place with four match points, one win and 58 correct answers.
In fifth place, Mattea has two points, zero wins and 54 hits.
In last place, Matt has one match point, zero wins and 66 correct answers.
