ABC has cut a popular game show from next fall’s lineup.
The network was criticized by fans as Celebrity Jeopardy! did not make the list.
ABC’s fall schedule of shows was released on May 14.
The first two seasons of Celebrity Jeopardy! it aired in the fall and ended in January.
However, the game show is not on the list for this fall, despite being renewed.
Celebrity Danger! has the same format as the syndicated show, except three celebrities compete to win money for the charity of their choice.
Last season, the show aired Wednesdays at 7/8c.
This year, that time slot goes to the first season of The Golden Bachelorette, in which Joan Vassos was cast as the lead.
Abbott Elementary and the new show, Scamanda, will air after that.
Celebrity Danger! may also be trying to find another host, as Mayim Bialik was fired in December.
Ken Jennings runs the regular game show, along with Masters and Tournament of Champions.
WHERE?
Reddit users were wondering where Celebrity Jeopardy! it was on the schedule because it wasn’t listed.
One fan pointed out that the game show may have aired in the fall of last year because the network was looking to air shows because of the writers’ and actors’ strikes.
“Yes, I think it will air during the next season of ToC,” said one fan.
“I hope spring 2025 is a good choice along with the return of Jeopardy Masters (if there is a third), Celebrity Wheel of Fortune (already being renewed) and The Chase (hopefully still being renewed after not airing for the first time since July 2023),” said another.
“Wow, no game shows on the fall schedule. This is kind of sad,” added a third.

TO PLAY
Danger! appears to be preoccupied with making new spinoffs of the show, rather than focusing on its current versions.
On May 14, the ABC program announced that Pop Culture Jeopardy! will air on Amazon Prime Video.
The general gameplay will be the same, but there are two main changes this version will have.
Instead of playing alone, competitors will be formed into pairs of three.
The second change is that all questions will focus on subjects such as music, film, sports, TV and more, rather than general knowledge questions.
The presenter and premiere date have not yet been announced.
Michael Davies, who is the executive producer of the syndicated version of Jeopardy!, Jeopardy! Masters and Celebrity Jeopardy! will also executive produce Pop Culture Jeopardy!.
Fans were excited about the new version and claimed they needed to be on the show.
