A WHEEL of Fortune contestant won a car in the bonus round with just seconds left to solve it.
The game show player somehow guessed the puzzle with very small letters.
Contestant Blake made it to the bonus round and chose the “phrase” category.
He got all the letters of the first word, which spelled “This is.”
However, the second word had only four letters resolved with four blank spaces.
It turned out like this – BA__L_N_.

With only seconds to spare, Blake thought and said, “This is baffling.”
That was the correct answer and the Wheel of Fortune contestant won a car because of it.
Blake had less than two seconds left.
Vanna White and the crowd erupted in applause as host Pat Sajak raised his fist in the air.
‘I WAS PERplexED’
After the show, Blake spoke with the show’s social media correspondent, Maggie Sajak.
“That was really exciting,” she said.
“A bit of nail biting in the bonus round.”
After the clip of him solving the puzzle was shown, Blake explained how he did it.
“Honestly, I was perplexed and the word perplexed just occurred to me,” he said.
“I’m perplexed that I spat with four seconds left.

He co-hosted alongside Susan Stafford (1975 to 1982)
Vanna White took over as host in 1982 and has been since then.

For five months, NFL player Rolf Benirschke took his place
In July 1989, Bob Goen hosted the show on CBS
He hosted for a year and a half until the show was canceled in 1991
The show was then moved to ABC, with Pat and Vanna hosting for the foreseeable future.
In 2023, Pat announced his retirement and Ryan Seacrest was quickly named his replacement
BUCKET LIST
Maggie, 29, asked Blake what it was like playing with her parents there.
He said it was fantastic and talked about fighting cancer.
Blake said he has been fighting this for two years and playing for the Wheel has always been on his bucket list.
“In recovery. And that’s part of life. It’s fantastic that they can be here,” he said.
“As you go through chemotherapy, you have a lot of time resting, recovering, things like that and you’re like, ‘Well, what’s on my bucket list?’”
“And that was certainly present. Just getting on the show and playing, growing up watching,” he said.
Maggie then congratulated Blake before the video it ended.
Fans in the comments said he was a great competitor and were rooting for him to win big.
