The season 2 finals of Jeopardy! Masters airs Wednesday night, and Season 1 contestants Andrew He and Sam shared a hilarious clip ahead of the new episode.

The special tournament sees six of the show’s best players compete in a round-robin style to find the best of the best.

Last year, Sam and Andrew competed against James, Matt Amodio, Mattea Roach and Amy Schneider.

This year, however, only Sam and Andrew did not return and were replaced by Victoria Groce and Yogesh Raut.

Although they won’t be competing in Season 2, fans were still able to catch up with the duo in a series of fun videos.

Most recently, Jeopardy shared a blooper clip on Instagram of the two talking about this season’s current contestants before the finals with James, Yogesh, and Victoria.

The video edited out several moments of Sam and Andrew begging the producers not to use certain catchphrases from their interview.

“Don’t use that,” Sam continued to say, laughing, before Andrew shook his finger and said, “But don’t use that one.”

Sam changed the phrasing at one point and said, “But I don’t think you need to include that one.”

Finally, at the end, one of Sam’s actual comments was cut – and it was about another champion from the show.

“James isn’t better, I mean he’s not better than us,” he joked, earning a laugh from Andrew. “We are better than him.”

“Do you understand this one? Because you can use that one if you want,” he told producers.

HAPPY FANS

“Sam is so funny,” one fan wrote under the post. “I love how Jeopardy has branched out into different competitions with different personalities.”

“I also love seeing the camaraderie between former contestants and how they collaborated on new ventures,” the user added. “Bring!”

“Sam is so much better than James,” joked a second fan. “Fight me.”

“Sam and Andrew are the best,” commented a third fan.

“I can’t get enough of these two,” insisted a fourth.

“Jeopardy has a whole new thing going on right now,” said another. “They made us fall in love with some of these champions and I’m here for it!!!”

Other fans made comments about Sam’s appearance and how he resembles actor and comedian Steve Martin, which has been talked about since he started competing on Jeopardy!

“I love Sam and I think he’s as funny as Steve Martin,” said one fan.

“I’m just saying I’ve never seen Sam and Steve Martin in the same room together,” joked a second Instagram user.

Before the fun clip, Sam and Andrew made fans laugh with a lip-sync video.

SINGING your praises

The pair teamed up outside the game show studio for a performance to help promote the Jeopardy’s Masters watch party.

They danced and lip-synced to Muni Long’s song Made for Me, which went viral on social media with best friends making videos.

The lyrics say: “No one knows me like you, no one will love me like you.”

“I can’t even deny it, every time they try!” Danger! captioned the clip, citing more lyrics from the song.

“No way!! How did Sam nail this,” one person wondered. “I love Sam and Andrew!”

“Two of the most adorable people on Jeopardy!” exclaimed a second.
