When contestants join Drew for the first time on The Price is Right stage, he typically learns a little about them before the games begin.

But he was shocked by what a player named Carina said to her when she joined him on set.

After shaking Drew’s hand, the woman excitedly told him that her sister won on The Price is Right in 1975.

“I was three,” she added.

Carina then revealed that she is the youngest of 16 children, and all this information left Drew stunned.

“What?” he asked rhetorically. “Dude, ugh-“

“I, uh, think we need to go to commercial,” Drew pleaded, stumbling over his words and not knowing how to respond to Carina.

FIGHT FOR WORDS

He doubled over with laughter before she quickly did the same.

Eventually, Drew caught his breath and found the words.

“Well, welcome to the show,” he said, before explaining to the audience that 1975 was the game show’s first year.

“Wow, amazing,” he added as he continued to think about how the contestant’s sister was doing on the show’s first season.

MAIN PRIZE

The day before, it was the contestant who overreacted on the show.

It’s a long story. We don’t have time to get into that.

When a contestant named Amylah took the stage to try out some Price is Right games, she started by saying hi to the host, who she called “Uncle Drew.”

That got a smile from the longtime host before he joined in on the joke and told fans, “It’s a long story. We don’t have time to get into it.”

Continuing the fun, he asked the program’s announcer to reveal which prize his “niece” was competing for.

“Cousin George [Gray] wants you to have a new car!” joked the announcer.

Upon hearing about this huge prize, Amylah continued to lean back, as if she were about to fall.

The camera then cut to show the car she was trying to win.

When he returned to the competitor, she had, in fact, fallen to the ground and was rolling around in excitement.

Although she didn’t win the top prize, she still took home a massage chair.
