PAT Sajak was spotted on a rare outing after retiring from Wheel of Fortune.
The former host was seen in jeans and a hat, which is completely different from his usual game show look.
Pat, 77, ran some errands in Los Angeles, California, on May 22.
He wore jeans, a brown button-down shirt, and beige shoes.
The retired Wheel host went incognito in a gray Champion baseball cap and sunglasses.
Pat appeared to be in front of a store that prints photos and shreds documents.
He had the keys in one hand and a box in the other.
Pat was later seen taking the dry cleaning back to the car.
He retired as host of Wheel of Fortune and has officially finished filming his episodes, although the last one aired in June.
Ryan Seacrest will replace Pat in the fall.
FINAL ARC
US Sun exclusively revealed that Pat filmed her final episode on April 11.
A Sony rep for the game show exclusively confirmed that Pat has filmed his final six-episode series.
The final episode “Thanks For The Memories” was filmed on April 5.
Although fans could usually get tickets to sit in the audience, Pat’s final episode was invite-only and not open to the public.
Fans can watch Pat’s farewell on June 7th at 7:30pm ET on ABC.
Pat had hosted the iconic game show, along with Vanna White, since 1982.
Wheel of Fortune Host Timeline

Although Pat and Vanna have been a fixture on the game show for decades, there have been other hosts
Chuck Woolery was the host from 1975 to 1981
He co-hosted alongside Susan Stafford (1975 to 1982)
Vanna White took over as host in 1982 and has been since then.
After a contract and salary dispute, the show got rid of Chuck and brought back Pat in 1982.
Pat hosted Susan for a season
He then left the game show in 1989 to host a late-night talk show for CBS.
For five months, NFL player Rolf Benirschke took his place
In July 1989, Bob Goen hosted the show on CBS
He hosted for a year and a half until the show was canceled in 1991
The show was then moved to ABC, with Pat and Vanna hosting for the foreseeable future.
In 2023, Pat announced his retirement and Ryan Seacrest was quickly named his replacement
FINAL SPIN
In June 2023, Pat announced his retirement, shortly before the end of season 40.
He tweeted“Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last.”
“It’s been a wonderful journey and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Thank you all so much.”
WHEEL TALK
In April, Ryan, 49, admitted he is feeling pressure to replace Pat.
Vanna appeared on an episode of American Idol and having her by his side made him realize he had big shoes to fill.
At Hulu’s Disney+ celebration on April 5, Ryan talked about his new role with People.
“Well, no one can ever do what Pat did. He’s incredible,” he said.
“He made that program something very special for so long and did such a perfect and remarkable job that no one can be him.”
“So do I feel pressure? Of course,” Ryan said.
“People love watching it. I want them to continue to love watching it, and I hope I do a great job as well.”
