A COMPETITOR on The Price is Right nearly fell after realizing she had won a huge prize during a recent episode.
Presenter Drew Carey, 66, informed viewers that Cheryl was in the running for the $100,000 cash prize by guessing the prices of toothpicks, protein bars and bottles of apple juice.
The contestant needed to make her last guess for protein bars totaling more than $19.86.
After realizing the total had come to $38.97, Cheryl jumped for joy and went to hug the host of The Price is Right.
Drew informed Cheryl of his big win, and she responded incredulously, “Are you serious?!”
The two held hands as she continued to thank the host, leaning on Drew’s shoulder as she was filled with emotion.

“I love you guys!” the player also shouted to the audience, who helped her guess accurately.
TOO MUCH, DREW?
Drew has hosted the popular game show since 2007, succeeding longtime host Bob Barker.
Despite his experience in hosting, Drew was recently criticized by viewers for being “annoying” after continually repeating a phrase.
In an episode last week, contestant Carlos was competing for the $100,000 prize and had to slide a circular chip across the board to land in one of the lower positions.
“$100,000! Right in the middle!” Drew joked before saying again, “$100K! Right in the middle! Good luck!”
He then added, “Come on, baby! Go in the middle! Go in the middle! In the middle!” before repeating once more, “$100,000 in between!”
After the clip was shared on social media, critics told the presenter he should “stop” what has apparently become a habit.
“My man, Drew… Don’t you know how to express enthusiasm?” one person wrote.
“Bob Barker did the same, ugh. Do they need to keep the public involved like this?” said a second.
“Drew really needs to stop saying RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE when Plinko is playing!” another trolled.
The price is right, hosts

FROM ONE TO ANOTHER
While some people may have been irritated with Drew, he still offered his wisdom to a fellow host who will be taking on an important role later this year.
In September, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, 49, will take the reins as host of Wheel of Fortune.
Pat Sajak, 77, announced his retirement last year after hosting the game show for the past four decades.
In a recent interview with Entertainment tonightDrew was asked if he had any advice to share with the podcast host about his upcoming show.
“Do I have any advice for billionaire Ryan Seacrest?” the comedian responded.
“Who hosts everything all the time? No.”
In addition to American Idol, Ryan has his own radio show and has hosted Live with Kelly and Ryan.
“Bro, I think you understand. I think you know what to do,” Drew added. “I think you know how to host things. Don’t worry about that.”
“You’ll be fine.”
