FAMILY Feud host Steve Harvey has been criticized by fans for allegedly setting up contestants to fail.
On Thursday’s episode, viewers watched the players face a tough round of Family Feud, which reportedly included a huge mistake on the board.
Taking center stage, contestant Hayley looked nervous as she competed for $20,000 during the Fast Money segment.

“We asked 100 women to fill in the blank. When I see something I want, I draw a blank,” Steve, 67, read the prompt.
Haley froze as she struggled to come up with an answer.
“I… pass…” she said as she squinted her eyes.
Steve then asked for “a word that rhymes with wink”, then named “a type of cheese with a funny name”, and finally chose “something else that gets stuck in a tree besides a cat”.
When it came time to reveal the answers on the board, Steve stated that Haley had already said “Look,” but she passed.
She lost points for the wrong answer anyway.
THE RETURN
In an online thread, critics took to the YouTube account’s comments section and pointed out that these were tricky questions for the contestant.
“I think starting the question with ‘besides a cat’ is tricky because your mind automatically thinks of an animal,” mentioned one reviewer.
“Those were some really HARD questions…” added another reviewer.
“This Fast Money is designed to be hard to earn,” suggested a third reviewer.
“[Hayley] I never said: ‘Look’. Are they just giving a random answer for no reason?” wrote a fourth person.
“Very difficult and competing questions with slow answers. A bad combination for Steve,” said one commenter.

Before meeting contestant Connor, the comedian prepared himself for what could happen.
“Your girlfriend is watching,” he warned the player.
“My girlfriend’s friend,” Connor replied.
His response made the audience gasp and laugh.
Steven shook his head before turning back to the board.
Suddenly, the doorbell rang.
Not only did Connor make an intimate confession on camera, but he also gave the wrong answer.
