During the filming, contestant Lynn spun the Ferris wheel for a chance to win $1,000.

Drew, 66, continued the tradition of his late predecessor, Bob Barker, and asked the player to thank his family.

“Do you want to say hi?” the host asked.

After spinning the wheel, Lynn turned to the camera and listed her loved ones.

“To my husband Greg, my daughter Allison, my son-in-law Ryan and my grandson Beau,” Lynn said during her message.

She didn’t notice that the wheel stopped and landed at the 100 mark.

Drew interrupted and pointed his finger at the camera.

Lynn screamed and jumped onto The Price is Right stage.

She won $10,000 after the next round.

“Lady has precise control behind the wheel,” said the text of the video.

“This is how it’s done,” said the caption.

THE RETURN

In the comments section, critics criticized the wholesome part of the contestants saying hi to the family while the wheel was spinning.

“Can we stop with the ‘Say hi?’ and increase the competitor’s excitement as a good amount approaches? one critic trolled.

“Especially when the contestant goes on for like five minutes. It’s kind of stupid. And grumpy!” another critic added.

“It diverts their attention from a life-changing moment in their lives when money is about to enter the chat,” another critic argued.

The price is right, hosts

The Price is Right first appeared on TV in 1972. Fans fell in love with the game show so much that it has been on the air for over 50 years. Over that time, the show has had a few different hosts. Find out who they are below.

Bob Barker – 1972 to June 2007 (also became executive producer in 1988)

Drew Carey – October 2007 to present

Dennis James – replaced Bob in 1974 when he missed four episodes, also presented the nighttime version

Craig Ferguson – 2014 April Fools’ Day Special

“If you are still talking while the wheel is ready, you should be disqualified!” a fourth person wrote.

“It’s boring! This lady was so busy chatting! [Lynn] I didn’t even realize she was about to win!” said one commentator.

In 1972, Bob became the host and retired in 2007 when Drew took over.

‘SERIOUSLY?’

This isn’t the only time a contestant has angered viewers.

At the end of May, a player wasted his turn with an exaggerated move.

Competition Nicholas had to guess the price of a set of workout equipment, including a standing knee raise station and a spinning bike.

“I’m going to say $1 million,” Nicholas said as he shocked the audience.

“Really?” Drew asked.

The actual retail value of the workout equipment was $1,798, which wasn’t even close to Nicholas’s guess.

One viewer criticized the “stupidest offer ever,” while another shouted, “$1 million for an exercise bike?

Fans trolled Drew as they begged The Price to be the right host to 'get rid' of contestants' messages
