STEVE Harvey has criticized a Family Feud contestant for giving the stupidest answer possible.
On Sunday, Family Feud shared a clip of the player’s response and the comedian’s reaction on the game show’s TikTok account.
Steve, 67, asked contestant Jeff: “Women love a man in uniform. Men love a woman in what?”
Jeff, very aware that he would soon be in the doghouse, responded, “I’m going to get in trouble with my wife, but in the kitchen.”
Applause slowly erupted as the audience and Jeff’s team members were shocked by his bold response.
One of his teammates shouted, “Oh, buddy,” as Steve looked around the stage, chuckling softly to himself.
He finally said, “Jeff, I need to tell you…”
The player interrupted by freely admitting: “I’m not going home.”
Steve continued, “That’s the stupidest thing you could have said.”
In the comments section of the post, fans berated Jeff for his subpar response.
One person wrote: “Nothing, bikini, dress, come on Jeff.”
“Definitely divorced,” added another.
“DIVORED,” said a third.
A fourth fan joked: “And he was never seen again.”
One commenter asked, “Did you notice the guys backing off?” with a smiley face emoji.
“I bet he slept on the couch haha,” added another.
A third fan commented: “All the noise of jaws hitting the floor haha.”
“I wish they would let us see if it made it to the board or not!” she claimed a room.
HARD BREAK
Last week, Steve was accused of setting up contestants to fail.
On Thursday’s episode, viewers watched a player face a difficult round of Family Feud – which reportedly included a huge mistake on the board.
Contestant Hayley joined Steve at center stage to compete for $20,000 during the Fast Money segment.
The game show host read, “We asked 100 women to fill in the blank. When I see something I want, I go blank.”
Haley froze as she struggled to come up with an answer.
“I… pass…” she said as she squinted her eyes.
Steve then asked for “a word that rhymes with wink”, then named “a type of cheese with a funny name”, and finally told Haley to choose “something else that would get stuck in a tree besides a cat”.
When it came time to reveal the answers on the board, Steve stated that Haley had already said “Look,” but she passed.
She lost points for the wrong answer anyway.
In an online thread, critics pointed out that the instructions were worded in a way that was complicated for the contestant.
“I think starting the question with ‘besides a cat’ is tricky because your mind automatically thinks of an animal,” mentioned one reviewer.
“Those were some really HARD questions…” added another reviewer.
“This Fast Money is designed to be hard to earn,” suggested a third reviewer.
“[Haley] I never said: ‘Look’. Are they just giving a random answer for no reason?” wrote a fourth person.
“Very difficult and competing questions with slow answers. A bad combination for Steve,” said one commenter.
STAY QUIET!
Recently, Steve warned a contestant to keep quiet after giving an answer that shocked everyone.
During the Fast Money round, Steve asked player Susan, “Name one annoying creature you wish would hurry up and become extinct.”
With just 20 seconds to answer five questions, Susan said the first thing she thought of.
“Dog,” she blurted out.

“Like the neighbor’s dog,” Susan explained.
“Be quiet,” Steve suggested as Susan laughed.
“Do you know how many people will hate you?” the comedian asked.
Steve looked up and said, “You said it, man’s best friend.”
Ultimately, Susan got zero points for her answer.
Fans in the comments didn’t agree with Susan and offered alternative answers like mosquitoes, snakes, cockroaches and more.
