Price is Right viewers criticized CBS for interrupting the game show for a special report.
Tuesday’s episode of the 11 a.m. show, hosted by Drew Carey, was abruptly interrupted by a report about Hunter Biden.
The program lasted about 20 minutes as the latest news of Hunter’s verdict appeared on viewers’ screens.
“Hunter Biden’s stupid verdict interrupted The Price is Right,” wrote one person on X, formerly Twitter.
“So we interrupt The Price is Right for 30 minutes for something that could have taken 30 seconds? Cool,” wrote a second.
“For CBS to interrupt The Price Is Right to tell me Hunter Biden is guilty is sooo unnecessary. I couldn’t care less,” said a third.

“I’m so mad they cut the right price to cover Hunter Biden’s verdict haha,” wrote a fourth.
“High-profile federal political cases may stop delivering verdicts during game shows,” said another.
“Hey @CBSNews, enough with these fake Hunter test results, put @PriceIsRight back!” someone else tweeted.
