The archivist from West Lafayette, Indiana, continued her streak with her tenth win, bringing her total earnings to $225,700.

Scott, a math teacher from Germantown, Tennessee, came in second place behind the champion.

The final scores of the night were Adriana with $21,000, Scott with $18,201, and Sarah with $8,400.

COULD SHOULD?

When it came to Final Jeopardy!, many viewers thought that Scott could have bet more on a question based on US geography to get back into the game and beat his opponent.

All three contestants ended up giving the correct New Mexico answer.

He bet $8,001, which put him just about $4,000 above Adriana’s score before her Final Jeopardy! the answer has been revealed.

With Adriana betting $6,600, Scott’s bet wasn’t enough.

“I don’t know about Scott, but in a category like ‘US Geography,’ I’m going all in,” one person wrote on Reddit while discussing the game.

“If I get it right, I either force her bet or maximize my winnings. If I make a mistake… you know what?

“I mean, I could make a mistake, sure, but rest assured I personally would feel like I shouldn’t win if I did.

Danger! star Adriana Harmeyer credits late loved one for the show’s success as 8th win brings her closer to ‘making history’

“So I’m surprised Scott went ‘in between’ – if he was ready to give up the chance at a secret win, he should have bet the house!” the user added.

Others chimed in with the hot take, with one adding: “Yeah, felt like a missed opportunity, so sneak back.”

“This is a game show, and if that’s the mindset of the player second, that’s fine as long as they realize that’s what they’re doing,” wrote a second.

“If I don’t know if a single wins, but I know a home run wins and a strikeout loses anyway, I’m headed toward the edge,” noted a third.

Adriana will continue her winning streak tonight, facing Michigan attorney Connor Townsend and Florida student Enzo Cunanan.

The Indiana native has been impressing on Jeopardy! viewers over the past week and a half and finally talked about some of his winning strategies.

TOP TO DOWN

During a new episode of Inside Jeopardy! podcast, Adriana revealed her specific approach to the game.

“I like to know what the category means before getting into the meat of the tracks, so far it has worked well for me,” she explained.

Adriana was seen playing the board from top to bottom instead of trying to analyze the Daily Doubles.

She also depended on her own knowledge to answer correctly without risking her victories.

“Just pure buzzer skill and huge knowledge base. I hope she continues her trend, I’d love to see how far she can take it!” a danger! fan said about Adriana’s skills on Reddit.

Although her strategies are to be grateful for the winning streak, Adriana also revealed that she wears a “lucky” necklace, given to her by her late grandmother, in every game.

She also had her husband, Neal, sitting in the audience cheering her on.
