HOST Steve Harvey was shocked to hear a contestant’s correct answer.
On Friday’s episode of Family Feud, Steve asked contestants to name something that bars should give to drunk patrons for free.

“More alcohol,” replied one of the contestants, Cedric.
Steve stared at the contestant for a few seconds – even putting down his cards for a moment.
Eventually he turned to the board and said, “Give them some more alcohol!”
It was soon revealed that this was one of the correct answers.
Cedric’s response was the third on the board, granting his team an additional six points.
The first answer was “Food and Water” which was worth 42 points.
The second answer was “Ride Home” – also worth 42 points.
Cedric reveled in his victory by high-fiving the rest of his teammates, leaving a single answer on the board open.
The Forbes family was unable to guess the remaining item on the board, allowing the opposing team to respond.
But the Ham family also guessed incorrectly, sending the game to the sudden death round.
Steve often jokes with Family Feud contestants, especially after particularly wild responses.
In another recent episode, the presenter was left speechless by a woman’s response.
“Name something you wish would last longer than it actually does,” he asked.
Contestant Stephanie pressed the buzzer and responded, “Sex, Steve.”

Stephanie laughed at Steve’s reaction before it was revealed if her response was on the board.
“Sexy Session” appeared as the top answer, giving Stephanie and her family control of the game.

Steve is known for going the extra mile on Family Feud – allowing and encouraging contestants who offer entertaining answers.
The show began in 1976 and is currently hosted by Steve Harvey, attracting nearly eight million viewers per episode.
He won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Game Show Host three times with Steve in 2014, 2017, and 2022.
Family Feud has had other hosts in the past, including Richard Dawson, Ray Combs, and Louie Anderson.
