DANGER! fans pointed out the seemingly intentional move by the show’s producers that had viewers laughing like teenagers during Tuesday’s game.

On Tuesday, 4-Day Jeopardy! champion Drew Basile faced Alan Elverum, a senior quality assurance administrator from Henderson, Nevada, and Staci Garner, a teacher from Chicago, Illinois.

Upon arriving at Double Jeopardy! contestants were presented with the categories: “Literary Baddies”, “We Put It In Space”, “British Television”, “Lamb Chops”, “Kingdom” and “Come On”.

On a Reddit forum dedicated to Jeopardy!, fans accused the game show’s producers of purposely creating the “Come On” category for its cheeky and informal definition.

The word “come,” while it means to move or travel toward a place, is also slang for human ejaculation — something that didn’t go unnoticed by the Jeopardy audience.

“I’m a very mature adult which is why I was able to resist the urge to laugh every time the contestants or Ken said ‘come on’ in this episode,” one fan commented.

“Yes! ‘And come’ being the last category followed by ‘come to 2000’ was perfect,” responded another.

“I double-checked to make sure I’m on the Jeopardy forum now and not teens!” scolded a third.

A fourth commenter commented, “I’m so glad I’m watching this one alone because I’m in my 40s and I laughed like a 12 year old through that entire category.”

“I joined this thread just to see if anyone was already talking about this,” added a fifth.

“It just ended and that’s why I’m here!” she mentioned another before adding, “I was like ‘please tell me everyone isn’t too snobbish to laugh at this.'”

“I’m sorry, but there’s no way this could have been done unintentionally. The producers must be laughing with us, right?” asked a suspicious Redditor.

Danger! host Ken Jennings leaves Drew Basile speechless with Survivor news ahead of alum’s ‘super excited’ 5th win

BAD TIME

During the same episode of Jeopardy! fans thought Drew’s concentration had been broken after presenter Ken Jennings, 50, paid him a compliment.

Fans believed the good moment should have happened off-screen because it seemed to throw Drew out of the game.

While Ken was introducing himself on the game show, he told Michigan native Drew about a special person who was watching him compete.

Before Jeopardy!, Drew was a contestant on the 45th season of Survivor.

“Speaking of Jeopardy!, Jeff Probst is a huge fan of the show. He hosted Rock ‘n Roll Jeopardy!

Jeff has also been the host of Survivor since the first season.

“And he heard about your success on the show and he’s really excited, Drew,” Ken continued.

Drew wiped the sweat from his forehead and let out a loud “phew.”

“He said, ‘What an amazing kid. He is incredible. He was amazing on our show.’ He was really happy to hear you were doing well here,” Ken told the defending champion.

“I don’t even know what to say,” Drew replied dazedly.

“Your reputation follows you to the Jeopardy! set,” Ken said.

Although Drew appreciated the compliment, fans thought Ken should have waited until after the show to tell him about Jeff’s comments.

“I thought Drew handled Ken’s Jeff Probst compliment really well,” said one Reddit user.

“He was there at the time and had to react. He was humble and honest, he just said he didn’t know what to say, but at the same time he showed that he was happy about it. .”

However, one fan disagreed.

“I thought Ken should have waited until after the taping to tell him that. It seemed like this really upset Drew and took him out of the game a little bit,” they wrote.

“I think his comment confused Drew a little,” agreed another.

DESIGNED ON SURVIVOR

Drew was on Survivor during season 45.

He was in the Reba Four alliance, which consisted of him, Julie Alley, Austin Li Coon, and Dee Valladares.

Danger! Universe

Danger! it first aired in 1964 until 1975. Then, the nighttime version began in 1974. Since then, many spinoffs of the game show have emerged. Here they are all:

Tournament of Champions – 1984 to present, features the top champions who have appeared on the show since the last tournament.

Champions Wildcard – 2023 to present, features all one-, two-, and three-day champions from the previous season that are eligible for entry into the Tournament of Champions.

Danger! Invitational Tournament (distribution) – from 2023 to the present, features big names from the past invited by producers to compete for a place in the Masters.

Danger! Masters (primetime) – from 2023 to present, features the six Jeopardy! champions competing against each other.

Pop Culture Jeopardy (streaming) – from 2024 to present, will feature teams of three in charge of pop culture trivia on Amazon Prime, host and air date to be determined

Danger! eliminated specialized tournaments, such as University Tournaments, Children’s Week and Teacher’s Tournament, to move towards a more sporting model, with the Masters being the top of the Jeopardy pyramid.

Other versions of Jeopardy! have also failed over the years, such as Sports Jeopardy!.

Unfortunately, the alliance decided to turn against each other.

Drew was blindsided by his alliance and was eliminated during the final six.

He is the first Survivor contestant to be on Jeopardy!

Drew was also the youngest contestant on season 45 at age 23.
