WHEEL of Fortune has shared a promotional video featuring new host Ryan Seacrest ahead of the new season premiere in September.
The fun clip showed Ryan, 49, getting ready for his new show alongside co-host Vanna White, 67.

The American Idol host will replace longtime Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak, 77, who retired from the show last month after four decades.
However, many fans have been vocal about Ryan taking over for Pat later this year.
The new video, shared on the official WoF Instagram page, showed Ryan and Vanna on set in their best hosting gear.
Ryan told the longtime letter deliverer, “I can’t wait to get to work!”

“Let’s get you ready for fall!” Vanna replied.
Ryan was then seen moving around the set with streamers and confetti falling as he shouted, “I’m ready!”
READY OR NOT, HERE THEY COME
While the promotion may have some WoF fans looking forward to the fall, others have said they won’t be tuning in for the new season.
“Never be the same again. I won’t watch it, I can’t stand him”, commented one person.
“I won’t watch this show anymore, the whole family can’t stand SEACREST,” added a second.
“Vanna doesn’t agree with Ryan Seacrest,” believed a third.
“No, I’m not watching,” said a fourth, while another commented: “No thanks, I won’t be watching.”
“You need someone who will last a long time. Ryan has done several shows,” wrote another person.
While some may have thought Ryan was a “bad choice” to take on the role of Pat, others were excited to see him on television screens.
“I’m excited to see him do it, I think they did a great job casting him. I was too quick to be negative,” admitted one fan.

The show was then moved to ABC, with Pat and Vanna hosting for the foreseeable future.
In 2023, Pat announced his retirement and Ryan Seacrest was quickly named his replacement

DISCONNECT ON SET?
With differing opinions, some fans asked Vanna to take on the role of official host of the program.
The new duo has already started filming new episodes together, despite the game show being on summer break.
However, the two do not exactly “match” each other, according to the Daily Mail.
A source revealed to the channel that Vanna considered quitting the show because of the bad chemistry between them.
“Vanna will retire from the show when her contract ends, but there is a part of her that wants to leave early,” they said.
“She just doesn’t play with Ryan like she did with Pat, and no one really expected her to do that.
The source added that Vanna “knows the show needs to go in a different direction and appeal to a younger audience” and “wants the show to continue.”
The source said Vanna believes the show needs a younger host, closer to Ryan’s age, to pull this off.
Vanna is currently contracted to WoF until 2026.
