OLD Danger! contestant Drew Basile was seen on a date with his girlfriend, Mary Grace, at a baseball game and was captured on the jumbotron.

The couple attended a Philadelphia Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park earlier this week, and the Survivor alum didn’t go unnoticed.

Mary posted a photo of them on her Instagram Stories, showing the couple – who have been dating for three years – smiling and waving to the crowd as they appeared on the big screen.

They seemed to enjoy the attention in the packed stands, as did the people around them, who also waved excitedly at the camera.

Mary tagged her boyfriend in her post while pointing out her moment of fame.

It comes weeks after Drew, 23, ended his impressive seven-day winning streak on Jeopardy!

He defeated champion Adriana Harmeyer, 35, breaking her 15-year winning streak, and advanced on the show.

Drew celebrated his wins with his girlfriend, one of which was after he defeated his opponents in an ultra-rare tiebreaker and won over $53,000.

He shared photos of himself and Mary on social media having a few drinks at a Philadelphia bar while watching the episode.

Maria posted the same snaps on her page, including her t-shirt with a cheeky saying that read, “I’ll be cute for $200.”

However, Drew’s time on the show wasn’t all fun and games, as he received some brutal backlash over his on-camera behavior.

Critics claimed the Michigan native was obnoxious on the program and shouted his “obnoxious” celebrations every time he won games.

Drew raised his fists, clapped his hands and beat his chest as presenter Ken Jennings, 50, announced him as the winner.

The reality TV star clapped back at haters during an appearance on Rob Cesternino’s show Rob has a podcastmaking it clear that they were not going to take him down.

“Negative people… are retired, they’re a little older, you know?” Drew said.

Danger! Host timeline

Danger! has had a tumultuous history regarding hosts following the death of the iconic Alex Trebek in 2020. Here are every host since the game show’s inception in 1964.

Art Fleming – from 1964 to 1975, he was the original host of the daytime version of Jeopardy! on NBC.

Alex Trebek – From 1984 to 2020, the late, great Alex hosted the modern iteration of Jeopardy! for 36 years until his death from pancreatic cancer.

Guest Hosts – 2020 to 2021, Jeopardy! tested a series of guest hosts for one- or two-week stints, including Anderson Cooper, LaVar Burton and Aaron Rodgers.

Mike Richards – 2021, he was named host for a week before resigning amid controversy. He was the show’s executive producer at the time.

Mayim Bialik – 2021 to 2023, when Mike was announced as the show’s new host, Mayim was chosen to host tournaments and primetime specials.

Mayim and Ken Jennings – 2022 to 2023, 74-time champion Ken (the winningest contestant of all time) joined Mayim as guest host and they shared hosting duties.

Ken Jennings – 2023 to present. Last December, Mayim announced on Instagram that she would “no longer” host Jeopardy! After a long hiatus, having defended the writers’ strike, Ken was named sole host.

Ken now runs all editions of Jeopardy! including Celebrity Jeopardy!, the late night show and other primetime specials such as Masters.

“They are still struggling with technology. They haven’t figured out spell check, for example.

“It’s hard to be so outraged when the message is completely incoherent.”

Drew added: “I love exhibitionism. I think [because I have] a little more personality than the average winning contestant, [it] could have been a little unnerving for [some] spectators.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Drew revealed that producers forced him to reshoot a scene and asked him to tone down his enthusiasm.

“Obviously, I had a big reaction at the end of the tiebreak because, you know, it’s like a Western standoff,” Drew explained.

“It got such a huge reaction that I think we had to re-record it. I was like, ‘Come on!’” Drew said, yelling and clenching his fists.

He added that Jeopardy! It’s “so elegant” and his reactions were very excited.

Despite Drew’s eventual loss, it was recently announced that he will compete in the game show’s Tournament of Champions, scheduled for February 2025.
