The Price is Right Instagram account shared a video of a contestant playing the popular Lucky $even game.

The rules of the game involve a contestant being given seven one-dollar bills and having to predict the next digit of a car’s price.

Contestants are given the first number, which means they have to guess the next digits.

After all the numbers are guessed, the real price of the car is revealed.

In the clip, contestant Erika guessed $26,475, which was originally priced at $26,178.

As the new season approaches, viewers are demanding the show remove the game as they claim the activity is “difficult” and “unlucky”.

Fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts.

“Lucky Seven or as I really like to call it UNLUCKY SEVEN needs to stop playing it more often because it has been very Unlucky for the contestants who have played it,” said one viewer.

“Hard game. You don’t see many winning this one,” wrote another.

“This game is always difficult,” commented a third.

Price is Right fans suspect they’ve found a ‘loophole’ in the ‘unfair’ game and warn producers to act fast ahead of new season

Season 53 will premiere sometime in the fall of this year.

GAME SHOW FAIL?

Although viewers considered Lucky$ to still be unfair, fans suspected they had found a loophole for one of their toughest games on the show.

The 3 Strikes game is a baseball-themed round that allows competitors to serve eight baseballs without hitting them.

If they can guess the real price of the car, the contestant goes home with the winning vehicle.

The price is right, hosts

The Price is Right first appeared on TV in 1972. Fans fell in love with the game show so much that it has been on the air for over 50 years. Over that time, the show has had a few different hosts. Find out who they are below.

Bob Barker – 1972 to June 2007 (also became executive producer in 1988)

Drew Carey – October 2007 to present

Dennis James – replaced Bob in 1974 when he missed four episodes, also presented the nighttime version

Craig Ferguson – 2014 April Fools’ Day Special

One fan shared a winning secret that left producers searching for a solution.

“This game has a glitch that can cause the win rate to skyrocket,” the viewer explained.

“Balls that are not hit have numbers taped on them.

“You just need to feel the ball for a number before you take it away.”

Although the winning process seems quite simple, fans believe that it is not that easy.

“Standards and practices would never allow them to cheat like you said,” one user wrote.

“It’s also unnecessary because 3 Strikes is a difficult game.”
