WHEEL of Fortune host Ryan Seacrest has been hard at work, doing push-ups and laughing at Vanna White and her team in a new teaser.
The current game show host showed off his skills, doing a variety of push-ups and other exercises in the clip as viewers laughed.
Vanna, 67, posted a teaser for the upcoming season of Wheel of Fortune on her Instagram feed.
The clip began with a quick succession of clips showing the crew putting on the show, as well as the set, before cutting to Ryan, 49, doing push-ups.
“Can you clap?” someone off-camera asked the American Idol host.
He tried to vary his training and fell face down on the floor while Vanna and the team laughed.
Ryan and his co-host took a moment to look at the infamous Wheel of Fortune board, which featured the names of TV and radio presenters.
“Hey Ryan, what’s it like to see your name in lights?” Vanna asked.
“Very cool,” he replied.
Elsewhere in the video, Ryan tried to pull a car into the studio, again eliciting laughter from Vanna.

Another part of the clip showed Ryan and Vanna outside.
Vanna was sitting in a golf cart with a megaphone, shouting orders at Ryan and demanding that he run.
“Getting in shape for the new season [bicep curl emoji] [party emoji] Hosting is hard work, but we did it!!,” Vanna wrote in her caption.
Fans in the comments raved about the pair, expressing excitement about the season ahead.
“You got this. You and Vanna are already a great team,” wrote one Wheel of Fortune viewer.
Wheel of Fortune Host Timeline
Although Pat and Vanna have been a fixture on the game show for decades, there have been other hosts
Chuck Woolery was the host from 1975 to 1981
He co-hosted alongside Susan Stafford (1975 to 1982)
Vanna White took over as host in 1982 and has been since then.
After a contract and salary dispute, the show got rid of Chuck and brought back Pat in 1982.
Pat hosted Susan for a season
He then left the game show in 1989 to host a late-night talk show for CBS.
For five months, NFL player Rolf Benirschke took his place
In July 1989, Bob Goen hosted the show on CBS
He hosted for a year and a half until the show was canceled in 1991
The show was then moved to ABC, with Pat and Vanna hosting for the foreseeable future.
In 2023, Pat announced his retirement and Ryan Seacrest was quickly named his replacement
“OMG, so excited! I can’t wait,” said a second supporter.
“OMG! I’m so excited you’re going to be hosting now,” said a third.
“You and Vanna look so cute together,” praised a fourth Wheel of Fortune fan.
FLEX ON ‘EM
This isn’t the first Wheel of Fortune teaser fans have received.
On July 11, the show released another preview of what fans can expect.
The video was shared amid complaints from some fans about Ryan being chosen to replace longtime host Pat Sajak.
There were also rumors that Ryan and Vanna were struggling with their chemistry on set.
The fitness-themed trailer, posted to Instagram, showed Ryan alongside Vanna on the set of Wheel of Fortune.
“I can’t wait to get to work,” he said enthusiastically.
Vanna shouted into a megaphone, “Let’s get it ready for fall.”
The camera panned to the pair as they leaned over the wheel, which had a huge pile of bricks on it.
“You weren’t kidding, this is great for your biceps,” Ryan told his coworker after turning the steering wheel.
She smiled, lifting two bricks into her biceps as she turned to the camera, making a face.
“Ryan is building his spinning muscles – one brick at a time,” the caption read.
In the comments, fans made it clear that they weren’t convinced that Ryan could take Pat’s place.
The 77-year-old appeared on his final Wheel of Fortune episode on June 7.
“What a bad choice,” commented one critic.
“I can’t believe I’ll never be able to watch Wheel of Fortune again…”, complained a second.
“Seacrest is so bland,” criticized a third commenter.
“I’m not going to watch it,” someone shared.
“I can’t wait until I don’t watch you,” wrote another disgruntled Wheel of Fortune watcher.
IN DISAGREEMENT?
Prior to the trailer’s release, multiple outlets reported that Vanna was considering leaving Wheel of Fortune amid a struggle to find her groove with Ryan.
Although the show has not yet aired, Ryan and Vanna are filming episodes for the fall.
On Tuesday, reports emerged claiming that Vanna was considering retiring from the show, which she has hosted since 1982.
Amid rampant speculation about her possible departure and issues with Ryan, Vanna set the record straight on Instagram.
She posted a photo of her and the game show’s new host sitting at the dinner table together, enjoying a meal.
The pair smiled for the camera as they held their forks and smiled.
Vanna wore a brown and black sweater, while Ryan wore a gray suit with a white shirt underneath.
“Friends on and off camera. Enjoying one of our favorites, Chicken and Dumplings!” she captioned the post.
