Contestant Sanda was shown playing Cover Up for the chance to win a new Porsche.

In Cover Up, the game board shows two rows of five spaces at the bottom, one for the numbers guessed by the player and the other left blank to later reveal the correct price of the prize.

Digits are given above each space, two for the first space, three for the second, and so on – up to six choices for the fifth space.

The contestant must choose a digit and cover each space that corresponds to the cost of the prize.

Sanda quickly filled the first three spaces with “7”, “6” and “4”.

She asked the audience for help with the fourth digit, eventually choosing “2” from the five numbers presented above.

Sandra chose “0” as the last digit of the sports car’s price while host Drew Carey read “$76,420.”

He continued, “Ready…one, two, three,” only to hear the incorrect sound of the doorbell.

Drew then asked, “How many does she have right?” and “7”, “6”, “2” and “0” lit up, meaning only the “4” was incorrect.

Drew shouted, “Wow!” while the audience applauded.

You got four out of five right,” he told Sandra before warning her that she only had one more chance to win the car.

“Cover the four with this eight, this three or this,” he said as he pointed to each remaining digit above the space.

“If you get it right, you win a brand new Porsche Boxster,” continued Drew.

Following suggestions from the crowd, Sandra covered the four with the eight and returned to Drew’s side.

In three, the actual price was displayed, revealing that Sandra’s estimate of $76,820 was correct.

The correct bell rang and the audience screamed as Sandra ran across the stage and hugged model Alexis Gaube who was getting out of the car.

Sandra jumped up and down as she spun in circles with Alexis before hugging her new Porsche.

IT’S NOT RIGHT

The Price is Right at Night schedule change could be affected by NFL games this fall.

On Monday, fans learned the premiere date for the next season of the primetime special.

“The Price is Right Night Returns September 23!” wrote one Reddit user, attaching a schedule to the board’s post.

The schedule revealed that the game show will air on Monday nights from 8pm to 9pm.

The Price is Right Night used to air on Wednesday nights on CBS and moving it to Mondays could cause problems.

The price is right, hosts

The Price is Right first appeared on TV in 1972. Fans fell in love with the game show so much that it has been on the air for over 50 years. Over that time, the show has had a few different hosts. Find out who they are below.

Bob Barker – 1972 to June 2007 (also became executive producer in 1988)

Drew Carey – October 2007 to present

Dennis James – replaced Bob in 1974 when he missed four episodes, also presented the nighttime version

Craig Ferguson – 2014 April Fools’ Day Special

Football starts in September and sometimes delays programs due to games going into extra time.

The game show will air until a February 7, 2024 rerun, which is a Super Bowl special.

Reddit users didn’t understand why The Price is Right would change the day it aired, as one complained: “I don’t know why CBS is moving the late night shows to Monday night?”

“They are now competing head-to-head with NFL Monday Night Football,” they continued.

“This is definitely unfair,” commented another.

The contestant ran across the stage as she celebrated her victory before hugging Alexis and finally hugging her new car.
