The photos of Kim, 43, were of her at her son Saint’s basketball game.
Reddit users noticed that photos of his face up close in the game appeared to be unedited.
Kim wore sunglasses and underneath them, her cheeks appeared to have lumps.
Her lips also looked more normal than usual.

However, in the distant photos, the Hulu star’s cheeks were not puffy.
Many Kardashian fans thought some of the photos were edited, as her cheeks were normal and her lips were fuller.
The reality TV star is rumored to have had Botox and plastic surgery.

Reddit users posted the photos on the platform.

They shared one that they called “paid paparazzi photos” and another that were “regular paparazzi photos.”
The paid ones were the ones who didn’t have swollen cheeks.
“Discover the difference: paid paparazzi versus regular paparazzi,” the post’s caption read.
“What are those lumps under her glasses?” another user asked.
Someone responded with Botox, to which the original commenter said Kim is “addicted to it.”
“These folds are bent,” said another.
“I can’t hide the swelling,” added a third.
Some others said she doesn’t even look like herself.

Kim tried to hide her face under her sunglasses as she held her son, Psalm, 4, in her arms.
Kim and Psalm arrived at the auditorium in Calabasas, California, on Friday.
They got out of Kim’s SUV and walked across the parking lot.
She wore baggy black pants and an oversized jacket.
The mother of four paired the outfit with flip-flops, sunglasses and her newly dyed blonde hair in a low bun.
Psalm was wearing a sports shirt, denim shorts and sneakers.

Earlier this month, Kardashian fans begged Kim to retire her duck pout.
She showed off her new blonde hair in an Instagram selfie.
Kim was sitting inside a dressing room in a black shirt giving the camera duck lips, pursing her lips.
Fans begged her to find a different pose in the comments.
“Kim remove the pout, I beg you!” one wrote.
“Yeah I don’t like pouting pics either 🙂 lol,” said another.
