In the drama-filled preview, Kim, 43, criticized her younger sister, Khloe, 39, for being insufferable in a surprising altercation.
The Good American founder often considers herself the mediator within the family, although her role has apparently changed in the show’s newest installment.
During a candid chat with her mom Kris Jenner, 68, the reality TV star shared her concerns about being a “working mom.”
Kim explained the difficulties she faced running her media empire, owning a business and studying to be a lawyer.

The momager asked her daughter if she had “talked to Khloe about it,” to which the TV star responded, “No, because she’s very critical.”
SPAT SISTER
Later, in a confessional, Khloe was filmed saying, “Sisters can be cruel and brutal,” before making a wide-eyed shocked face.
Returning to Kim, producers caught the Skims founder complaining, “Khloe is insufferable these days.”
But the mother of two seemed unfazed by the statement, as in her confessional she criticized: “I don’t care what anyone thinks!

Then, in a clip of the two’s confrontation, Kim told her younger sister: “You don’t realize that sometimes you get a stick in the ass.”
Clapping back, Khloe responded, “You’re going through a lot right now and you’re taking it out on me.”
The KKW Beauty founder shouted, “Get out!” before the video returned to his confessional.
“Who the hell does she think she is?” Kim asked, moments before the trailer ended.
SCARY DIAGNOSIS
Season 5 of The Kardashians premieres later this month, promising new sister drama and health complications for family members.
At the start of the trailer, Kris revealed that doctors found a small tumor and cyst when performing a scan on her body.
The family matriarch burst into tears as she shared the news with her daughters.
“I did my exam, they found a cyst and a small tumor,” she explained in the room.
The 68-year-old woman began to cry, prompting her daughters to surround her with hugs.

Khloe Kardashian is the youngest of the Kardashian sisters and mother of True and Tatum Thompson. In addition to her role on each of Kardashian’s reality shows, Khloe is a co-founder of the record label Good American.
EMOTIONAL MOM-ENT
Kylie Jenner, 26, looked very devastated by the news, sobbing to the point where her older sister Kendall, 28, stopped to comfort her.
The entire room was in shock, including Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble, 43, who cried with his partner.
The Hulu star has not previously spoken about the medical issue and did not reveal any further information in the trailer.
While the timing has not been confirmed, the announcement was apparently made in the fall, before Kourtney, 45, gave birth to her son Rocky in November.
FAN SUPPORT
Fans were shocked to hear the news, posting their concerns on X, formerly Twitter.
“Kris Jenner found what????” one wrote, adding: “Honey, please no, I won’t allow it.”
“The way I chose to ignore it, because NO!” a second commented.
“I refuse to believe it,” they shared.
A third fan begged for prayers for the Kar-Jenner clan.
