KHLOE Kardashian revealed the extreme dieting methods she went through before her big weight loss journey.
The Kardashians star recently lost more than 40 pounds after finding a health plan and exercise regimen that works for her body.
But Khloe, 39, hasn’t always had a great relationship with food.
She opened up about her struggles while appearing on ELA MD Podcast earlier this week.
The reality TV star joined her obstetrician, Dr. Aliabadi, on the show, where they discussed her life as a mother and her very public weight loss journey.
“Well, I worked really hard because I was overweight for a lot of my life,” she admitted.

“So it took years for me. I was always chubby. Athletic, I always played sports, I was just never in shape,” she recalled.
“My thing is more about food because I have determination. So I had to retrain my mind about what I could eat, what I couldn’t eat.”
Khloe continued: “And I used to do, not necessarily a diet, but I would make lifestyle changes. I would cut out, say, all soft drinks, little by little, I would cut out some things.
“I would do it for a week and then cut out something else. I went on every diet there was when I was younger.”

CHANGING YOUR MUSIC
Khloe explained that she changed her mindset about training and her relationship with food.
“Now I work out five days a week, I do cardio intervals with weight lifting. If I’m preparing for a photo shoot I’ll do pilates and my workouts.
“Now that I’m in a good body state, I kind of eat what I want, but because my mind is so trained, you don’t even want half the junk. a pizza. Pizza is my weakness.
“But now that I’m in this different frame of mind, I’ll never eat a whole pizza,” she shared.
EMOTIONAL EATING
Podcast host Mary Alice Haney then chimed in to share her own experience with nutrition, claiming that she personally struggled with “emotional eating.”
Khloe agreed, saying, “Yeah, I used to be a big emotional eater, for sure. But then when it was finished I would say ‘wait, I feel so good eating it and so bad afterwards’.
“And then I would cry, and probably cry again. And then I would get sad, and then I would need the ice cream again.
“It was a crazy cycle of repetition.”

Khloe has completely transformed her figure over the past few years, leaving fans intrigued as to how she achieved her dream body.
Last month, the TV personality shared sexy photos wearing a skimpy bikini while on vacation in Turks and Caicos.
The mother-of-two posed on a yacht in the Caribbean while using her phone, showing off her ripped abs and slender legs.
Khloe played with her cleavage and showed off her tan in a black swimsuit with a wrap skirt.
The Good American founder went barefoot, left her hair wet and showed off totally glamorous makeup in her beachy look.
In the background, fans could see the yacht’s luxurious wooden details and crystal blue water.
She captioned her post, “Without a doubt.”
