The Hulu star shared sexy new photos on Instagram on Wednesday, but followers noticed signs she was hiding her pain.

At the publishKim, 43, posed on a bed in a private jet, apparently wearing the same outfit she wore to Tom Brady’s roast.
The Skims founder contrasted her deep tan with white blonde hair and accessorized with chunky silver jewelry.
Kim showed off her figure in a tight leather skirt and corset, with the clothes securely fastened with silver buckles.
The reality TV personality kicked off her shoes as she pouted on the white sheets, revealing lines around her ankles due to the tight straps.

“What is that on the sausage packaging? Also, tell her to stop doing sexy poses and BURN THAT WIG,” one fan wrote on Reddit alongside the photos.
“The marks on my legs from very tight shoes. Just like everything else she uses,” said another in response.

Kim wore a silver John Galliano dress to the event, paired with a gray cardigan.
Underneath the gray cardigan, however, the star opted for dramatic body contouring, with her waist looking incredibly small in a very tight corset.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan exclaimed: “I wonder if kim kardashian just show up in a torture device, what the hell is going on?”

This isn’t the first time Kim has been accused of squeezing herself into an item that’s too small.
Last year, Kim was captured with Jared Leto at a Louis Vuitton fashion show.
The photo of the celebrity duo was unedited, and fans were shocked by Kim’s purple toes as she sat in the front row.
“Kim doesn’t look bad to me, but she looks her age in photos. But WTF are her feet? Her toes are purple,” noted one person on a forum dedicated to the Kardashians.
