On Tuesday, the Skims mogul gave his 362 million Instagram followers a glimpse inside the little one’s Ghostbusters-themed birthday party.
In the photo carousel, Kim went all out for her son with a huge cutout of Psalm in a Ghostbusters costume, tons of green balloons, Psalm having fun with his friends, and photos of his kids with their cousins.
“Psalm’s 5th anniversary,” Kim captioned her post along with a ghost emoji.
However, one photo in particular got fans talking.
In the seventh slide, Kris, 69, showed off her slimmer figure as she held the Psalm hand in hand.
The famous momager wore an all-black ensemble, including a long-sleeved Balenciaga shirt, leggings and Nike high-tops.

In the comments section, many fans noticed how skinny Kris looked.

Last month, Kris sparked major concern from fans while enjoying a date night with her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
In photos shared on the TV personality’s Instagram profile, the couple was in a luxurious living room in front of a circular sculpture glued to the wall.
Kris wore a black and white dress and thigh-high boots with perfect makeup.
Meanwhile, her boyfriend chose an all-black ensemble, including a collared shirt, jacket and dress pants.

In the comments, she received many positive comments from her family and fans – including Khloe Kardashian, 39.
However, others discussed her weight loss and shared speculation that she was using Ozempic.
Ozempic is a prescription medication used to treat type 2 diabetes and is also known to help with weight loss.
“Ozempic will have long-lasting effects on advanced aging, Kris. Intestinal, follicular, bladder/kidney. Please be careful,” one said.
